Went for the .25 snowcones at mustang today. The girls working had a line around the block and still were working hard! The girl working the window even gave me and my kid a sticker! These people don’t give these kids enough credit for how hard they work at only 15 or 16!

Closing early on a Saturday, unprofessional. Especially if you are still inside and talking to a friend standing outside the window. Try hiring people above 14 with better customer service skills.

I went here yesterday and Holy smokes, this place is amazing. The shaved ice was great. I got a Captain America shaved ice and it was top tier. The service was incredible, the server (Anna) helped out with recommendations and was just super nice. Amazing atmosphere and will 100% come again. If your considering coming, please do it is the best place ever!

These are 100% the best snow cones my family and I have ever had. However, the wait is getting absolutely ridiculous. My kids and I have waited in drive through 20+ minutes the last three times we have been here. It’s to the point where I don’t really want to come back.

Wow! Shocked at the rudeness of the two young ladies at this location...the way they conducted themselves was completely unprofessional, they were snide, contemptuous children. We arrived ten to fifteen minutes before they closed shop, and were immediately informed that, since it was so close to closing time, they were only serving single flavor snowcones...well that wasn't a big deal. We assumed that was the policy for being so close to close. The tone of voice the young lady was speaking to my wife and I, was seeming like we were bothering them by giving them sales...IDK if management has been informed of the overall attitude and contemptuous manner in which they address their customers with, but that was unacceptable by any stretch of the imagination...I've worked in several food service businesses and I wouldn't have ever treated customers in the way we were treated this evening. I sure hope management actually reads this review, and takes the necessary disciplinary action to correct the ridiculously rude actions and attitudes of the evening shift employees. We will definitely not be returning in the evening again. My wife asked for their managers name and phone number four times, and the first time she got a really rude, "WHAT?!?" Upon repeating herself three more times, the girl gave her a run around answer, and told her "she isn't allowed to give out that information, we have to message the manager through Facebook and they'd get back to us", and refused to even give her the managers name so she could address the complaint in a more direct manner. I try to be fair with my reviews of places I visit, even when we receive not so good service. The way the young woman acted towards us was astonishingly rude, and I hope she doesn't treat every customer like that. Through my years of working in food service establishments, even on my worst days I had never acted that way towards the people who are keeping me in a paycheck and a job...I'm sure if management had witnessed her conduct to us this evening, she'd be fortunate to receive just a write up IMHO.Again, I really try to be fair with my reviews, and I like this snowcone place, the daytime crew is absloutely awesome, and we will continue to buy from this establishment during the daytime shift, because they do have great snowcones and get them out quick and have a ton of different good flavors. I sure hope other customers didn't have the same unpleasant experience as we had this evening. I don't think my wife and I had been treated in such a disrespectful manner by anyone we were buying things from....ever.I'd like to know if the single flavor only thing is an actual store policy near closing time, to me that sounds a little screwballish, but really, that was the least of the issues we dealt with this evening. I mean good lord, I figure it's just the way the newest generation seems to conduct themselves towards others, but to treat customers like they're an inconvenience to sell products to, they should find another line of employment.

The only reason this location didn’t get a 1 STAR review is because you can’t get any worse than their other location in Yukon. Our first visit to this location went great. The snow cones were great and service was great. However, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th visits have been nothing short of a DISAPPOINTMENT.For starters, they have a “credit card minimum “ hand written on this tiny sheet of white paper that you can’t see until you’re at the window. So, say you want 1 snow cone and only have a card. You’d wait in line for 20 minutes just to get to the window and discover you’re not getting a snow cone because you don’t have any cash and their CC minimum is $13 (can’t remember the exact amount).Laslty, snow cones aren’t hard to make. Shave the ice, put it in a cup and add syrup. 3 primary steps, but yet you guys are hiring kids that can’t even do that right? AND they take an ETERNITY. I’m honestly surprised both locations haven’t flopped yet. If this were my business, I’d be embarrassed.

Went to the Yukon location earlier today, best service I ever had! The girl working made the snow cones quickly and with a smile!

Solid flavors and summer time fav, but, be prepared to wait in line for a long time. Frequently 1-2 employees at most, waiting in car for 10-20 minutes is not unusual.

I went today and there was almost no juice. The top was white and could not even taste the flavor I ordered.

They don't have spoons the sizes versus the cost way overpriced a $9 minimum card payments

Local staple love to get 2 flavors in a cup.

This location needs more help. The wait times are 40 minutes. On one occasion, they said there were only two people working, so that would mean the other girl who went across the street to the gas station then the taco truck left one person to man all the cars that were backed up to the street. Several cars drove off in that amount of time. Went back and had the same terrible service. The sno cones were dry and awful tasting. The manager doesn't care either as I've called to inform her and she clearly gave generic excuses for the poor training and management of this location. Trailer trash treatz in Yukon is where to go instead. By the time you've waited in line you could have driven there and back with far superior snocones. These ppl are taking full advantage of being locals and counting on ppl to support them despite their awful customer service.

I dislike my visits here. The snowcones are great (when I get them that is) but it takes too long for a snowcone. If there's 1-2 people in front of u, u will be there for at least 40 minutes. Me and my family went up there one day, and it took 30 minutes to order. (there was 1 person before us, and we weren't in the drive-thru ) Finally, we ordered our snowcones. Waited 30-40 minutes and we still hadn't gotten them. The drive thru wasn't packed, and we were the only ones that walked up to the stan. I peeked through the sliding window, and the lady in there was just smiling while counting the money she made. I left, and will probably never come back. (there has been MULTIPLE experiences like this) Please get better staff.

Kinda slow but delicious! Chloe is very sweet and took very good care of us! I do wish they offered more dye free options or flavors with natural dyes.
