Ordered online, after waiting the full time it said for delivery. They called the other Domino location in Mustang and had them start our order over. Which we had no idea about because when calling this location and being on hold for over 10 mins and no one would answer the phone. Ended up calling other mustang location and they said they just called and switched the order to their location.

I hate giving bad reviews but when you mess up my order twice in a month and the same customer service repeats, it needs to be brought to people’s attention.
Ordered on the app, showed up at the time it said, waited 10 minutes at the window before anyone even recognized me and 2 workers looked right at me twice. Finally someone helped me and told me my pizza hadn’t even been prepped yet and it was gonna be a 30 minute wait. Went and killed 30 minutes and came back. Waited...read full review
what a joke! ordered pizza at 930 called at 1030 to see what was up, said it was on it's way called back at 1120 and the manager said my order was switched to carry out...I then said "um who orders delivery and calls to see where the hell it's at a hour later after being told it would be roughly 30 mins.then comes to get there pizza when they ordered delivery🤦♀️🤦♀️ freaking idiots. do not order from here pretty sure they are scamming people.
