Whoever made my pizza this afternoon on 2/20/25 needs a gold medal and a promotion. It was by far the best dominoes pizza I’ve ever had and was layered with the perfect amount of cheese. I should’ve took a picture of this Pizza y’all… I ordered nearly all of the meats with extra cheese and they came through like no other on an icy cold day.

The food was gross, which is upsetting, considering we've not had a problem here before. The Wisconsin six cheese pizza was overcooked, and Philly was also slightly overcooked and lacking in flavor that it usually has and hardly any sauce. Overall, it was a really poor experience and a waste of money.

This location routinely delays order deliveries, up to and over an hour past scheduled delivery times with no communication to the customer, except to be incredibly rude when contacted with questions. I'm sorry, but on what planet does it take *over* THREE AND A HALF HOURS to prepare and deliver two medium pizzas TWO miles away? Especially when the entire shop is full of employees...? Then to only have a random employee get loud and very rude to your face when you ask for a manager's name or corporate phone number because of the absolute lunacy..... and then they won't give it to you. Orders are often wrong, burnt, not cut, or dropped/damaged in the box before arrival, or even before leaving the store - which is made obvious by the lack of toppings on the pizza in a pristine box. Items purchased on the side are usually just left at the store, which is obviously where they should be, considering they were paid for. It's too bad, really, because we used to love this place

Always great affordable and reliable for late orders. Sometimes I get home a little later at night from work and Dominos is always open while other places are closed. Thanks for being a great crew. Your work is very much appreciated. Great pizza from here always.

I don’t give reviews, but tonight was ridiculous. We placed an order at 4:00 PM for 2 large single topping pizzas and cheese sticks. We set the delivery to 5:00 PM. We called 3 times to see where the food was. The first time, they said 25 minutes, and not to come pick it up because delivery would still be quicker. The second time, they told us it was in the car and heading our way. The third time, they couldn’t find the order and then said it would be 5-10 minutes. Over 20 minutes later, at 7:30 PM, we called to cancel our order. We did not get an apology. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
As soon as I opened the door to pickup carryout order I hear an employee in the back say "yeah you better come inside." Already paid before picking up, order was ready when got there early which I am okay with because I am in a rush to get home to hungry 18 month old and wife. I get home and we find our order not made with quality in mind. Before I took the pics I threw out a bunch of burnt pieces inside the stuffed cheesy bread box that were not even apart of the cheesy bread. As I go to wash my hands I smell Marijuana and I have a smoke free home. The cheesy bread was not cooked throughly nor was it cut at all. The pizza was burnt. Well done does not mean burnt. First time customer and last time customer. They clearly rushed my order and I only saw two other orders on the screen. And somehow the food was cold. Terrible customer service.

Ordered pizza at 1955. Tracker showed on its way at 2015. By 2045 it still hadn’t arrived so I called the restaurant where they unapologetically informed me that they were really busy and the pizza was still at the store. I asked if my pizza had just been sitting there for 30 mins and she assured me it had just come out of the oven. It finally gets here at 2110 and NONE of the pizzas are cut, they’re OBVIOUSLY old (sorry y’all, a heat lamp doesn’t hide over warmed cheese), no sauce on it, and it’s honestly inedible. Basically I ordered three pizzas to chuck in the trash. Awesome. I’m sorry Domino’s, but you quite literally have ONE job. And you unequivocally suck at it.

Terrible pizza. It was burnt, but aside from that, the dough was tough to eat and the sauce was bad. Tasted like they used Ragu sauce, really really bad. Threw the whole pizza away after one slice. Whole family agreed. Will never be ordering from here again.
