Visited on 20 march 2024. Ordered the enchiladas fiesta to go. The ground beef was overcooked and dry. It seemed like the beef may have been stored overnight and reheated. Also ordered the guacamole Mexicans, which I didn't get. Food was lousy. Do not recommend. Los Vaqueros in Mustang is much, much better...

This place is one of our new favorites. We have been a few times and we have tried a variety of menu items. It is always good! I really enjoyed the Chori Pollo and it has great flavor. Mrs. Flip Out has enjoyed the Fiesta Bowl and Pollo Yucatán and both were great! They have several authentic dishes to give you variety and have the option to try something new each time. The white queso is delicious and the salsa is very good, too.

Finally, an authentic Mexican restaurant in our area! This is not the typical tex-mex served at all the other okie restaurants. If that's your thing, that's your perogative. The fajita chicken and steak have so much more flavor, their portions are plentiful, and they are very accommodating with preferences and changes to their dishes. The service and atmosphere are also excellent. The white queso is fantastic as well.

My wife and I ordered to enchilada dinner and the waiter asked us if we wanted white cheese and we said yes without realizing there was a .99 cent charge for the white cheese.Then I ordered a.cheese dip thinking it was complimentary like all the other Mexican restaurants in Oklahoma City but it's not it is $3.99 for an extremely small bowl. We will continue going to Ted's we will not be coming back to Fiesta Mexicana.

Having grown up in AZ, it is really hard to find a place that is not Tex-Mex.... best food we have found in this area! We will most likely only go here from now on!

The fajitas, rice, and beans were yucky. Very dry and not much flavor. Wanted sour cream sauce on my enchilada, and they don't have it there!! Disappointed. Had to pay for the cheese sauce dip if u want it with your chips. Ughhh. Won't be going back.
