Service was great, the employees are doing great at the counter and preparing food. Food was really good. It was my first visit to this chain. I did think the icecream in any format was too expensive for what you received. But the meal was great. This location was in need of some cleaning. Most tables were open but we struggled to find one that was clean. Easy problem to fix though.

Place is being remodeled on the outside, but looking perfect on the inside. Staff was very friendly and everything we ordered came out correctly.

An over all good experience with this fast food chain. Went through drive through as they were real busy on this day, the person running drive through asked us to give em 1 minute before ordering. Which worked out good for us. As we weren't ready to order. They were kind and courteous

Food is always good, but the manager that looks like Temu Kevin Stitt is so rude to his staff, which caught our attention the whole time we ate. Dude, you work with teenagers who already don’t want to work there and you’re making them miserable. Is it that hard to be nice? No need to yell, everyone is within 3 feet of you at any given time. To the kids working here - you are sweethearts, keep doing you.

The drive thru guy was not happy to be there for sure.. Lettuce wrap burger was the best so far. Who ever made it. Needs a raise. It wasn't messy to eat.. really good.

The online ordering is confusing and appears backward. Selecting a plus on the phone removed the cheese. Normally a plus adds selections, not remove them.

Went to simply get ice cream but the things I wanted are no longer sold. The menu needs to be changed online. Left without getting to try Freddy’s.

The frozen custard was tasty, but the restaurant itself was not clean at all and it was absolutely freezing in there!🥶

Make sure you have all the items while at the window or you will wait until your first order they gave you is cold!!! French fries cold…
