Simple omelette should have been better, the cheese inside wasn’t even melted. Hashbrowns had no potato flavor, just the taste and look of cooking spray. Biscuits and gravy weren’t even fresh.

The waiters are great here and help out a lot. In the morning it’s pretty busy, but 10-11 ish, it’s actually a little more quiet. To be honest, the waffles are great and the pancakes could be cooked a little longer. The seating is clean and the store is bright. The location is easy to get to and has ample parking. My only qualm is that maybe the cook could wear some gloves. I didn’t see anything unsanitary, but I was able to watch him from my seating. Thanks for the breakfast!

I eat at Jimmys egg regularly, almost every day for breakfast. I visit all of them in the OKC and outside areas. I visit mustang jimmy egg occasionally. Food is normally great and people are very nice. Today 9/20/25. I get my normal 3 scrambled eggs hash browns and bacon. The eggs were all runny and were terrible, took one bite. Not the staff but the manager adjusted the bill and I overheard her talking to the waitress, she said take off his drink and it will look like we adjusted it. I get the same thing every time, I know what the amount is, it did not change. Places make mistakes, I am completely okay with that. But when you’re deceptive to your customers, shame on you. FYI, I gave my normal 40% tip, it’s not the servers fault.

Went for my "Usual" breakfast (Baja Omelet with sides). Service was Excellent as usual. Last several visits the Omelets have been mediocre, all the ingredients in the center (cheese not fully melted), eggs not fully done (still runny) and just tossed on the plate!
But today was OUTSTANDING!! The Omelet was amazing!! This is how I remember them being at Jimmy's Egg. The cook that prepared it was Arturo, and I could tell he wasn't back there just pushing orders out 1/minute. ALL the cheese was melted, the edges were done, and super tasty. This is how the "Perfect Omelet" is supposed to be made. I will FOR SURE be asking for him to make mine in the future. THANK YOU!!

Arrived at 0800. One server and 5 men in the kitchen. Maybe 7 tables with patrons. Ordered eggs, sausage and toast. Wife ordered chicken fry steak with eggs. Waited over 30 minutes for the gravy and was never asked. Wife never ate and her food was ice cold. Not sure what kind of Mgmt is happening there and why they left one server to cover the store. Recommend new Mgmt or close the restaurant. Allow a new business to move in.
Wanted to update on a second thought that occurred to me. Jimmy's Egg is not the problem; the Yukon location is amazingly well run. Good ratio to server to tables, busy and well managed kitchen, and very friendly. What we witnessed in Mustang on Nov 5th was just sad. The poor waitress was kicking butt and taking care of the entire restaurant; order taking, filling orders, running tabs, and collecting payment. This waitress needs some help and better management. Cannot praise enough the waitress that day!!
