Went for my "Usual" breakfast (Baja Omelet with sides). Service was Excellent as usual. Last several visits the Omelets have been mediocre, all the ingredients in the center (cheese not fully melted), eggs not fully done (still runny) and just tossed on the plate! But today was OUTSTANDING!! The Omelet was amazing!! This is how I remember them being at Jimmy's Egg. The cook that prepared it was Arturo, and I could tell he wasn't back there just pushing...

We have visited other Jimmy's Egg restaurants with good experiences. Our visit to the Mustang location was just OK. It was Labor Day and the place was 70% filled. It took about 10 min. to get our drink order. A few min. later we had our food order taken. Our breakfast arrived about 30 min. later . Overall the food was ok. Getting coffee refilled took awhile. After spending over an hour we came to the conclusion we will visit a different location next time.

We had Jimmy's egg for breakfast on our anniversary and cannot say enough good about this place! Especially our server Jana she was absolutely incredible, super fast, friendly, and kept up on everything we needed while eating. The food was incredible, the restaurant very clean and all the staff was super friendly! Will definitely be returning to this location.
