Floors were super sticky, bathrooms were disgusting and not stocked with paper towels, and the coleslaw was literally rotten. We got it to go and we were already at home (10 min away) when the slaw was tried. Y’all are going to make someone sick. It’s no wonder nobody comes to this location. Very disappointed.

I ga e them a zero stars based on the quality of their food and service previously. Today I went to give them another chance tell you what guys the new manager Brandi is turning this place around . Food was hot and fresh quick service.

This place is going out of business soon.
Mold all in the ceiling, with missing ceiling tiles so you can get that EXTRA exposure, employees that no nothing about customer service, there are cleaner bathrooms at wild horse park, and the manager is never anywhere to be seen. Anytime I want kfc I just think to myself “do I want to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a 3 piece chicken?” Then i remember, chicken express and chic fil a (thank the lord).. This place pulls people around the building then forgets where they sent you. I just hope it gets remodeled and re owned because clearly the franchise owners don’t care.
Brandie the new GM is really trying hard to bring the KFC back to a place that you want to come to, Candace was hopping all around taking care of what needed to be done, and the young men in the back were working hard to keep the food fresh and hot, Great leadership, we will be back

This place is pathetic . KFC should shut this store down. I have no idea how they even pass a food inspection. We went for lunch one day and received moldy buns. Went inside to complain and the manager says O yah I saw mold on them the other day! Seriously? You saw mold on the buns and served them anyway? These people have no sense and don't care. Don't ever go here! Place smells like burnt grease and spoiled food. I wouldn't even serve this food to my pets.

Absolutely Perfect all food ordered was there and fresh and i,was able to get it at window within 7 mins and for such a large order it was perfect time will definitely be back again and highly recommend

Placed an order for potato bowls 25 mins ago and currently still sitting and waiting for food. I don’t understand why those items take that long. they really need better training and/or more staff members to accommodate the area.

I literally just left here, wish I could leave zero stars. My chicken is half cooked, and the breading is soggy and falling off. I'm scared to even try a piece, wasted $40 dollars on a family meal

I went through the drive-thru and ordered perfectly fine. once I got up to the window they told me to pull up to the side, they gave someone else my order came out and told me to park out front. I parked out front and waited and waited I waited ONE HOUR people who ordered after me got their food before me. I went in and asked them about my food they didn't even start making it until I went in.
Used to be a good place now it's horrible never coming here again flies everywhere and cleaning tools over food? No thank you.

Went at 3 pm, ordered thighs, extra crispy , got home, taste of old grease , not crispy at all, had 2 breast, biscuit hard as a rock, the girl at windows was very pleasant and kind. Horrible meal will not be back!

I wish there’s a zero star option. Went for drive thru yesterday, waited 20 minutes for my food, went it and asked how much longer they said another 15-20mins because crisp fried chicken needs to be thawed breaded and fried, it would have been fine if the person that takes order informed me beforehand that there will be a 30-40 mins wait so i can make the decision to either pass or willing to wait, but not.

Went inside today 5/2/25. The staff seemed to just be going through the motions and not very presentable. The place was extremely dirty inside, the soda machine especially, and the food that came out was not only wrong but the chicken sandwiches and fries were cold. It was a terrible experience, and the owner/GM should be ashamed for not holding a higher standard for their business and customers. Not to mention, when we asked for a refund we were told by one of the self proclaimed “sort of managers” that the only person authorized to issue cash refunds was the GM who would be in the next day. This was due to previous claims of embezzlement and theft from prior staff apparently. Never going back. If you hit the drive thru, take your own risk on how clean/safe your food will be.
