Called three times and the phone just kept ringing. Was trying to have them fix my order but since there apparently is no phone. Got the new dip meal with soggy everything after waiting 20 minutes to have my order brought out get home and no sauces for the dipping meal.

I ordered my food an hour ago and now I have food poisoning and at the er. The lady in the drive thru looks like she's on drugs and think it's funny to laugh in customers faces when they complain, management is trash also. Very rude workers. I will be reporting to corporate since they love laughing at their customers

Only gets two stars. Food edible but rediculous long wait for simple food. Told 4 extra minutes for one item and said ok but it’s been way more than 4min. If they say anything is any amount of extra time just leave. Ppl will get their food that come after you too. Crape wait, poor lady in front of me waited for like 3 or more cars behind her to get her food and she was still there when I left. So, lord knows how longs she’s going to be waiting. And yes the ppl before me and after me got more than just a little food. So much for fast food.

I ordered 2 buckets of all dark original. The guy said when I got to the window, I don't think we have enough for 2 just one. I had to ask him to go look for me. They had enough for 2. When I got home the chicken did not taste right. Chicken had an old grease taste. Like they hadn't changed the grease in a while. Won't go back to that KFC again.

Went inside today 5/2/25. The staff seemed to just be going through the motions and not very presentable. The place was extremely dirty inside, the soda machine especially, and the food that came out was not only wrong but the chicken sandwiches and fries were cold. It was a terrible experience, and the owner/GM should be ashamed for not holding a higher standard for their business and customers. Not to mention, when we asked for a refund we were told by one of the self proclaimed “sort of managers” that the only person authorized to issue cash refunds was the GM who would be in me next day. This was due to previous claims of embezzlement and theft from prior staff apparently. Never going back. If you hit the drive thru, take your own risk on how clean/safe your food will be.

Has to be by far the worst fast food place I've ever been to. Stinks inside like dirty grease. The floor was sticky. The staff is completely lost and can't seem to help or be found. If they get your order correct go by a lottery ticket cause its your lucky day! They even keep dirty mop water on the counter to help the smell! You've been warned!

This location has the worst food. Chicken was cooked in old oil and dried out. Mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting under q heat lamp for hours(wasn't edible). And biscuits were hard and dry.

Why is this place still open? Waited over 30 minutes to have "them bring it right out".....I finally went in after waiting in a line of cars and still had to wait and wait and wait. Asked for a refund and told only manager could give one, who wasn't there. Out of coleslaw. Out of plastic utensils! What a dive. All I can say, incredibly poor management and service.

This has to be the most poorly managed kfc in Oklahoma they are always out of chicken I went through drive through and said they was out of dark meat then proceeded to park me I waited over ten minutes to still not really get what I wanted if they were going to make me wait that long they could have at least gave me what I originally wanted this was my last chance for them I will never go back and when I say they are always out of stuff I’m not joking every time I go there they are out of one thing or the other I really don’t see how they stay in business
