I rarely go to KFC anymore due to my bad experiences the last few years in Las Vegas. I recently moved to Mustang and I usually only get the Chicken Pot Pie from KFC , but on the App they had a Special. Spend $10 and get a Free 3 Piece Dinner with 2 Sides , Biscuit , and a Drink. What a deal ! So I decide since I'm in a new town I would give them a try. Surprise it was actually pretty good. I still prefer another chicken chain , but they did a really good job.
I got the Chicken Pot Pie and the Honey Bbq Chicken Sandwich which I never had before. For my Free Dinner I got 2 Breasts , 1 Wing , 2 Mashed Potatoes and Gravy , a Biscuit , and a Mt Dew. The Chicken Pot Pie was cooked perfectly and good as always. The Honey Bbq Chicken was fresh and hot , thick and juicy , I would get it again also. My son and daughter in law both tried it and said they liked it too.
I got Extra Crispy Chicken and it was also fresh and hot and it tasted like fresh oil was used. You can really tell when they use old oil and it was not oily at all like the last time I got it in Vegas. I actually threw mine away last time and I got one piece Original and one piece Extra Crispy and they were both gross. The Mashed Potatoes and Gravy are always good too and these were right on the money. The Biscuit was also good and not hard or dried out.
I ordered on the App and when I went to pick it up it was done and I had ordered like 5 minutes before. Fastest I've ever gotten my food at a KFC. Almost every time I've went somewhere else they've told me oh we don't have any Chicken Pot Pies ready and it will be 20 minutes. Okay , I will wait for a fresh Chicken Pot Pie since that is what I came here to get right. The lady at the counter was friendly and I checked my order before leaving and she asked did she put a straw in the bag for my drink and I said yes. I was really checking to make sure I had 2 Breasts since I've had it happen before at chicken places where they gave me a Thigh or 2 instead of Breasts.
I would recommend coming here and I hope the next time I come I get the same quality of food and service I got this time. Merry Christmas.

Haven’t been in years, husband wanted kfc so we decided to try it again. It’s very obvious they’re turning it around, chicken was fresh, the girl working the counter was so friendly and attentive, the lobby was clean, it was an amazing experience and we will be back!!!

It was an absolute mess. Only two people were working, cars were wrapped around the block, and customers were asking for refunds. This was at 5:30PM on a Friday “prime time” with no excuse for how poorly the place was being run. You can’t fault the two employees for this—it’s clearly a management and ownership problem.

I guess fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I gave this place a second chance and I hoped they had gotten better but unfortunately back to the lack luster schenanigans. Ordered online waited the allotted 40 minutes. I guess their dial-up internet took the entire 40 minutes to get our order to the restaurant because when we arrived to pick it up lo and behold it wasn’t ready and they didn’t have the chicken we had ordered and paid for so we got to substitute for what they had. To top it off we ended up sitting in the parking lot for an additional hour. Patiently waiting for our chicken. It was either wait a hour for chicken or 3 to 5 business days to return my money to my card. The owners or corporate or somebody needs to step in at this point and figure this thing out. So if you own or know who owns the KFC on N Mustang road in Mustang Oklahoma please direct them to this review, because I’ve written the colonel but he hasn’t gotten back to me yet. In all seriousness please fix this place.

Floors were super sticky, bathrooms were disgusting and not stocked with paper towels, and the coleslaw was literally rotten. We got it to go and we were already at home (10 min away) when the slaw was tried. Y’all are going to make someone sick. It’s no wonder nobody comes to this location. Very disappointed.
I ga e them a zero stars based on the quality of their food and service previously. Today I went to give them another chance tell you what guys the new manager Brandi is turning this place around . Food was hot and fresh quick service. Good job

This place is going out of business soon. Mold all in the ceiling, with missing ceiling tiles so you can get that EXTRA exposure, employees that no nothing about customer service, there are cleaner bathrooms at wild horse park, and the manager is never anywhere to be seen. Anytime I want kfc I just think to myself “do I want to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a 3 piece chicken?” Then i remember, chicken express and chic fil a (thank the lord).. This place pulls people around the building then forgets where they sent you. I just hope it gets remodeled and re owned because clearly the franchise owners don’t care.

This place is pathetic . KFC should shut this store down. I have no idea how they even pass a food inspection. We went for lunch one day and received moldy buns. Went inside to complain and the manager says O yah I saw mold on them the other day! Seriously? You saw mold on the buns and served them anyway? These people have no sense and don't care. Don't ever go here! Place smells like burnt grease and spoiled food. I wouldn't even serve this food to my pets.
