ordered it on doordash, it's been over an hour and my doordasher is still waiting for the food. I'm so tired and wanted some pizza before I go to sleep. Now I'm waiting for over a hour for pizza I'm not even hungry for anymore.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a specialty pizza and was told it would be ready in about 5 minutes. After standing there for over 20 minutes, I finally asked about it. That’s when I found out my pizza had been sitting in the warmer the whole time—completely forgotten. The employee at the counter was too busy messing around with his coworkers to even notice. To make it worse, when he asked if I wanted marinara sauce and I told him it was supposed to come with the pizza, he admitted he was “just being lazy.” I couldn’t believe it. By the time they handed it to me, the pizza was cold and honestly pretty gross, but I didn’t have time to wait any longer. I left feeling frustrated and let down. I won’t be ordering from this place again. The lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable.

Ordered three pizzas When I got home the three do you mind meat was just a plain pepperoni. The jalapeño and pepperoni had raw jalapeños throw on top of a hot and ready not even cooked the pepperoni we got it was good at least they offered to remake the three meats just takes about 30 minutes back-and-forth. I would say check orders before you leave.

Very disappointing. I was overcharged and under served then called a liar when I brought the poor excuse for a pizza back . I was not refunded or made right in anyway. I was told I was trying to return a pizza from the dumpster behind the store. I probably would have had a better pizza if I had one directly from the dumpster. Cheaper, as

I was told there would be a 15 minute wait for the pizza that is supposed to be Hot and Ready so I left without ordering. The car in front of me waited about 7 minutes for them to take her order then she left without pizza. I waited 5 minutes for them to take my order and when I pulled forward to the window they asked if I minded waiting for 15 minutes. The car behind me also pulled away without pizza. One of their employees was starting outside of a car, in the parking lot, chatting with someone inside the car for at least 10 minutes. Another employee looked out of the window trying to find him. Often they only have 1 choice for the pizza that is supposed to be ready. Hopefully this is just a Mustang Little Caesars problem, not all of them.
