You advertise hot and ready yet no line and it’s a 15 minute wait no matter which kind you want. So much for it being “ready”. I should have just gone to All American better pizza, same amount of time. Maybe even less.

I guess 2 people quit today. So that made my hot n ready take 40 min and the crazy bread to be raw. But they were really trying. I'll give them that. I don't recommend sharing hr issues through the drive through though.

Went in at 10 on a Friday night, open for another hour. I get no hot and ready pizzas but I was gonna order one. I asked if the crazy crust was like a bread stick and she looked at me and said "no it's a pizza" I said what makes it crazy then and she says butter and parm so I said like a bread stick? And she just looked at me like I'm the stupid one. She asked me if I wanted one and I said yes and she said 25 min. I asked 25 min for a 7 min cook in the oven and like 4 to prep the pizza? She was completely condescending and passive aggressive rude.

Received the freshest food from this establishment tonight! I ordered 2 pizzas, wings and crazy puffs. The food was ready on time and was piping hot! Whoever was on the shift this night knows what they’re doing! Overall, they get 3 starts because of previous visits…but tonight, they get 5!!!

Went through the drive through for a Hot and Ready and was told it would be six minutes. OK no problem I was only one there. Came back around 15 min later after several cars lined up and was told it would be a longer wait. Tried to asked for a refund and the girl snarled "We're busy" and walked off. She came back a few minutes later and had the pizza and refused to speak after being told thanks. Listen it doesn't have to be a Michelin star establishment but fast and friendly doesn't take much...

I wonder who the manager is because this pizzas are bad go to the one on may thats how little cesars pizzas should be like ! Way to much sause and not enough cheese.

I'll leave it at this it's gone from 4 stars years ago to 1 star lately. The service here sucks beyond bad. Employees can be friendly but the managers are terrible. Handing off wrong pizzas, not correcting mistakes, throwing toppings into old cheese pizzas and giving (2) 20oz drinks as a substitute for 2ltr of a completely different soda without even saying anything fyi 40oz = 1.18 Ltr.... Sorry we as customers inconvenience you as a place of business maybe you should just close shop or sell the franchise to an owner who actually cares.

I am thoroughly disappointed in the comprehension skills of Little Ceasars off highway 152. We had two straightforward pizzas, and they still managed to thoroughly mishandle it, basically combining our pizzas. Has anyone else encountered this problem with them?

Easily the worst little Ceasars I’ve ever been to. Last two times I’ve ordered, I called and asked for the garlic butter and Parmesan to be on the crazy bread and pizza. They did not put it on either item either time. They also have not cut the pizza either time. I don’t understand it but they won’t fool me a 3rd time when there are several other pizza places near by
