This used to be the BEST Mazzio’s now I prefer to drive to Yukon. This is the third time we’ve come for a buffet lunch and dinner and there is NOTHING on the buffet. They had reserved private party today so why wouldn’t you prepare for that? Now suddenly even though every other Mazzio’s allows calzones on the buffet, this one doesn’t. Save your time and your money and just drive on to Yukon. WAY BETTER SERVICE AND PIZZA.

Pizza was good but the buffet could have been restocked faster. There was a lot of similar types of pizza on there at the time we went, but that could have just been some of the requests that people put in at that time. Salad bar was pretty good as well. The staff was super friendly and that's always the best part.

Sunday buffet was our favorite day at Mazzios. Today was their last chance and they failed again like last month. No pizza on the buffet and only one at a time is put out. When there is 5 people waiting you’re not getting anything to eat. I asked 3 times for more pizza for my family of 6. Every time I get a new excuse, sorry we are busy, we are short staffed! This place changed management or something. Last year we went weekly with no issues and an assortment of what ever you want to eat. Now you’re lucky to get anything or a pizza with weird stuff on them, nothing normal.
If you order to go your getting served first, I watch them box up 15 pizzas while I waited on anything to come out on the buffet.

I have consistently had good food and service from the Mazzios in Mustang. I dined in for lunch today. My food was delicious, the team member was very polite, and the restaurant was clean. I enjoyed my lunch here today.

Most horrible experiences in the last 3 months what has happened to this location in Mustang Ok. Tried to make an order on line said 90 minutes for pickup called call center to complain and they tried to transfer me to location twice and they just picked up the phone and set it back down twice when the call center called them they answered and said they were extremely busy as to the 90 minutes. the call center got them to 30 minutes when I got off from the call center headed the 2 miles to location and guess what? one employee car and not another car in the parking lot. I was really wanting pizza so fought to get one and should have known better with all the red flags. this is not a $17.00 pizza and was not fit to eat. Really seemed like they did something to it crust seemed water logged and as a 30 year customer has never seen a pizza like this one in photo. I asked the person at the window the managers name and she asked why I proceeded to tell here the experience that I went through just to get a pizza and she tried to blame it on the call center. well it wasn't their fault cause I just called them to complain and she said oh but didn't bother looking around the corner and tell the manager that we have a customer that has gone through hell to get a pizza.

They used Parmesan cheese all over our pizza like it was a joke. Went back to have it replaced the next day, ordered a pepperoni & sausage pizza, didn’t get that it was a few pepperoni’s on 3 slices of pizza and the rest cheese no sausage almost like a 3 year old made it. This place is so terrible. The lobby was filthy. The salad bar was neglected and empty and mixed with what someone had spilled into other containers. Seats are ripped. It seems like this place has been abandoned and no one cares about customer service or health code violations. The young kids that work here seem like they are high on the vapes they’re smoking on. It’s a real shame to see it like this.
I will not come back to this location. Cost me $80 for 2 pizzas, and 2 calizones. Pizza wasn't done and there was no sauce!!!

The lunch buffet never disappoints me. The salad & pizza are outstanding. The staff is very friendly & the store is exceptionally clean. Best Mazzio's experience in a long time, I can't wait to come back! Thank you for being a step above the rest it really shows.

Regarding this specific location, I highly recommend it. The owner and/or manager runs a good franchise. The employees are always friendly and helpful, the dining area stays orderly and clean, and the food is consistent. Consistently good.

Placed an order for delivery last night and mazzios chose to just not deliver my order, never contacted about the order but they sure did take my money. Got the run around from customer service and kept being told a manager would reach out which they never did. This place has gone downhill since the new ownership and every single time we order it’s always at least 30 mins late if it even arrives at all. We will be spending our money with another local pizza place who actually value and take care of their customers.
