Paid at front for the buffet after waiting a few minutes. By the time we got our drinks and found one of the few open and clean tables, there was roughly 3 pizza slices left that nobody wanted. So I figured I would go through and get some salad, while waiting for more pizza. There was no egg or cheese to put on my salad, but I got some salad and ate it. No pizza still after another 10 or 15 minutes and there were quite a few people getting upset that there still wasn't any pizza at the buffet. There were pizzas coming out of the oven, but none going to the buffet. I decided to ask the store manager what was going on, and see if anyone had an explanation. He didn't seem to worried about the fact that there were a lot of people that were not provided the product they had paid for. I saw several people leave, and several ask for their money back. After another 5 or 10 minutes I went back to let the manager know there was no egg or cheese for salad. By this time the entire store was cleared except a group in the back and me and my Mom. They did promptly get some egg and cheese out, so I was able to eat some salad. Then the pizzas finally started to roll out after everyone was gone and I asked if they were going to make more desert pizza, and they said no. The employees seemed to be working hard, but overall this was a very bad experience and cannot recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to eat the Tuesday night buffet.

Just order a pizza from this place. it was the worse pizza i have had in my entire life. Deliver was fast, however, the pizza was like a frozen pizza. cold hard no flavor. Never again. Do not order from here.

No complaints. Went for lunch on a saturday 11am. Got wings. Brother got pasta. It was good. Not many people in the place so service was good.

So we just went in to eat the buffet, it was ok because the pizza was fresh at 5 pm the wife ordered the wing combo, which comes with fries, while waiting she could see the reflection in the kitchen and there was a heavy set lady in the kitchen pouring what looked like dressing in a container AND LICKING HER FINGERS! 35 minutes later I got up and asked where my wife's wings were and the girl at the counter which she was nice asked the manger and his tone was not necessary HE GETS MANAGER OF YEAR (NOT) as he says tell them 5 minutes 😳. As I am a manager you do not speak to your team mates like that. The order came out and it was wrong😡 we ordered traditional wings an got boneless no mind you I said we ordered combo meal we got n fries. After saying something again Then they brought out the fries. I get t up to refill my drink and I heard MR personality say oh I have no problem going out there and saying something to them. 😳 Um excuse me I really hope he would have came out and said something to us that would have been his first and last mistake. Will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN

Love the lunch pizza buffet, Mazzio's doesn't put sugar in their sauce. I always ask for a thin crust sausage and then hit up a big salad, and I get my pizza when almost done with the salad. People are always great and helpful.

This used to be the BEST Mazzio’s now I prefer to drive to Yukon. This is the third time we’ve come for a buffet lunch and dinner and there is NOTHING on the buffet. They had reserved private party today so why wouldn’t you prepare for that? Now suddenly even though every other Mazzio’s allows calzones on the buffet, this one doesn’t. Save your time and your money and just drive on to Yukon. WAY BETTER SERVICE AND PIZZA.
Pizza was good but the buffet could have been restocked faster. There was a lot of similar types of pizza on there at the time we went, but that could have just been some of the requests that people put in at that time. Salad bar was pretty good as well. The staff was super friendly and that's always the best part.

Sunday buffet was our favorite day at Mazzios. Today was their last chance and they failed again like last month. No pizza on the buffet and only one at a time is put out. When there is 5 people waiting you’re not getting anything to eat. I asked 3 times for more pizza for my family of 6. Every time I get a new excuse, sorry we are busy, we are short staffed! This place changed management or something. Last year we went weekly with no issues and an assortment of what ever you want to eat. Now you’re lucky to get anything or a pizza with weird stuff on them, nothing normal.
If you order to go your getting served first, I watch them box up 15 pizzas while I waited on anything to come out on the buffet.

I have consistently had good food and service from the Mazzios in Mustang. I dined in for lunch today. My food was delicious, the team member was very polite, and the restaurant was clean. I enjoyed my lunch here today.
