I recently moved to Mustang and I've been to this McDonald's a couple of times. I've seen some bad reviews , but I haven't had a bad experience yet here. I've dined in and used the drive thru with no problems. The first time I dined in I did have a problem with the wi-fi to order on the app , but after a couple of tries I was successful. On the tables they have numbers and says you can order and have brought to your table , but the one time I tried to do so I couldn't get it to do so on the app so I ordered for pickup at the counter and got it myself.
Everything I've gotten has been freshly made and presented properly. Every year when the McRib comes out I go get it at least once and when I got it here it was made proper and had plenty of sauce on it. I've had it in the past at other places and a couple times they were a little stingy with the sauce. I also tried the Frozen Fanta Berry Mix for the first time and if you haven't had one , give it a try , I liked it. I got the Filet of Fish here once and again it was freshly made. You can tell when a Filet of Fish has been sitting in a warming tray.
The only complaint I can say is in Las Vegas where I moved from , I would order a Plain Sundae and add Mini M&M's for like 40 cents extra and it came in the plastic sundae cup. Well , here on the app you can't do that. You have to order a Mini McFlurry and it comes in like a cardboard milk carton like back in grade school. I'm not a fan of that and I liked it better not mixed up in a McFlurry. My daughter in law says the same thing.
This location seems to always be pretty busy in the drive thru and the lobby. I have to say I was impressed to see the last time I dined in they had one of the crew on a ladder taking down each of the ceiling air vents and cleaning them. I worked at McDonald's in high school during the early 80's and we were always cleaning. I've noticed over the years that many McDonald's don't seem to keep up with the cleaning standards we did for the lobby , bathrooms , and counter area much less what we cannot see in the kitchen. This location seems to be on top of things.
The parking lot is small for the amount of business that comes here , but I don't see any trash blowing around it looks to be in order and the flag flying high each day. Good job McDonald's.

I’d like to know how at 11 AM at lunch time, how the food is soggy and tastes old? Fries are soggy and not crisp, and chicken nuggets are not crisply either, just damp warm chicken.

Always good for late night big mac cravings. Quality is really good 95% of the time. Only once in a great while do I get home to find out I got old fries. Staff is always friendly. Update: 8-4-25 Freshness has sadly declined a great deal at this location. Two visits in a row I have received very old and dried out McChicken patties, just barely edible. Fries are now old as well too. I'm guessing they've changed their policy to not discard old food and just sell it, very disappointing.

Food was overcooked, and the lady in the drive through was extremely rude.
Managers are terrible. They started charging for dipping sauces, and extra pickles. Food is cold a lot. Most of them don't speak English which is frustrating.

Went in to get some burritos for my daughter the service was meh...got a steak,egg, and cheese bagel a egg McMuffin and 2 burritos, the food was as expected of a fast food place but when I went to get ketchup from the dispenser the ketchup was discolored smelled fermented and was not good this is going to make someone sick...when we told the manager she said that that was how the ketchup is supposed to be.
