The mobile app order is never ready on time. I put an order in around 315 and at 330 I'm still waiting for it. Not the first time either. Mobile app order is rarely ready at this time for pick up. Usually waiting 5 to 10 mins after putting it in 10 to 15 mins prior to show up.

There were at least 20 employees on shift, and half of them were moving around not doing anything productive. One of our items ordered was a six piece nugget happy meal, and they only put 4 in a box clearly labeled 6. When I asked for the other two, I was looked at like I killed their dog. On top of it all, an apparent teenage shift lead was standing around with 15+ of his school friends running chaos all over the seating area, running in and out of the bathrooms making it impossible to get in for anyone else in the building. I'll steer clear of this location for a while. I know it may have been a weird night, but that all combined was too much.
Kid-friendliness: It's not.
Wheelchair accessibility: Limited parking. If there aren't 15+ teenagers running around inside, the seating area seems designed appropriately for wheelchair friendly use.

Straight horrible store, I cannot. They don't know what plain and dry is, they don't have respect for customers, they don't know how to cook anything. Have gotten food poisoning from this place multiple times now. Obviously lack actual care of food standards because of the way I've been them clean and cook.

Wow, just wow. McDonald's really outdid themselves this time. The mind-bending complexity of their ordering system is truly awe-inspiring. I mean, who knew that asking for no pickles and XTRA onions could be such a Herculean task? And don't even get me started on the groundbreaking innovation of labeling items directly on the food packaging itself. It's almost as if they're trying to make it too easy for themselves, and still fail. Truly, a culinary genius at work.
