Old School Bagel Cafe

First time ordering and eating from Old School Bagel cafe. I ordered online and picked up from the drive thru. My order was ready and was exactly how I requested it. The jalapeno cheddar bagel was good but it would’ve been better with more jalapeños in the bagel but that’s just me. Overall it was fresh and really good.

Nice and chill beagle spot! I got the meat lovers everything beagle. I asked for a hot sauce packet and they brought me some cholula packets and some house sale! Very delicious.

They have really good coffee. Regular and decaf. The regular bagel was really good too. We will try their other menu items. Store is very clean. Nice people. Cashier, young boy was very helpful.

Expensive for what it is and IMO bagels have lacked flavor the few times I've been.

I ordered twice in the past week my breakfast both times they forgot my latte,, won’t order drinks here again. The bagel was good .

This place WAS great. I ordered delivery today 2 Bricktown sandwiches, 6 individual bagels, and a cream cheese. Never even got the cream cheese that was $5 plus tax. I tried to call, they won’t answer their phone. The sandwiches USED to be heavenly. These were very obviously thrown together, I paid for extra ingredients that I can clearly see aren’t there and I’m honestly scared to taste it. It doesn’t even smell like it’s meant to. I was so excited when these guys made a comeback (from the New York City Bagel Cafe days) but they would honestly have to do a lot to earn back our business, a good start would be answering the phone!

The guy taking the order seems like he didn't want to be there. I ordered a small fountain drink, and he just said the cups are over there. He didn't specify which was for fountain and which for coffee.

Ordered food on there “preferred” app said completed on the app showed up in store to pick up to be told they are working on the order? Then after 20 minutes in the store was told they don’t have the bagels we ordered? Why would you wait to tell someone they don’t have your order after it’s been “completed” Then get told they can’t refund the order? This place is a disaster! Save yourself time and hassle go somewhere else!

The food is always really good. And all of the employees are really friendly EXCEPT there is one employee that us usually at the register that is the rudest I have ever dealt with. It's like he wants so bad to be the one in charge but he is rude and messes things up. Food is always really good but I won't go there if he is working.

I ordered 3 bagel sandwiches today all 3 were incorrectly prepared. One I had extra bacon an avocado added and wanted it toasted. I got no avocado and not toasted. Sandwich 2 and 3 were supposed to be toasted and have bacon neither did and were not toasted. When I called to complain the manager was rude and said he couldn’t find my order even though I hadn’t been home 30 minutes. My first mistake was I didn’t get a receipt but even bigger mistake was wasting my money there in the first place.

If I could give them 0 stars but I can't When I ordered online there was no option to not order with out cream cheese the option says pick cream cheese or select none that's what I did they put so much on my sandwich and don't offer to REMAKE IT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME I HAD TO KEEP IT I WILL NEVER COMBE BACK HERE OR ORDER HERE AGAIN THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I also spoke to a manager who was very rude and not understanding at all! Now I'm stuck with food I'm not gone eat and they have my money if you want to order here make sure you go in because they don't care about their customers at all. NEVER RETURNING!!!!!!!

6/19/24 Edit: They got rid of the games they used to have. I’m a bit sad as I’ve also not seen the manager that used to be so kind. The hot tea bags are gone. It’s back to a regular transactional business.

Original review: This place is fantastic. Not only for the great food, but the staff as well. The manager is so kind and caring. I also LOVE their focus on using local coffee and tea companies as suppliers like EOTE! It feels good to dine here because I feel like I’m helping contribute to my community as well. 10/10!!!

Vegetarian options: They have a few options that do not contain meat. And getting just a bagel and cream cheese is also an option.

Kid-friendliness: The manager has wooden games like chess, checkers, and connect four, and a giant rubix cube to entertain kids and adults!
