Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

Hadn’t been in a while, this place has fallen.

Empty early on a Saturday evening. Most of the machines and equipment broke, and I can hear the staff in the back loudly talking about who is having sex with who and what time they have to get up for practice…

And then the credit card machine asks if I want to leave a tip… at a self serve frozen yogurt place…

2 stars because atleast it appeared clean in the front.

My granddaughters favorite place to go after school! They are so nice there also.

Excellent dessert stop. They have 15-16 flavors of froyo with more toppings than I can remember! I had the cheesecake froyo with cheesecake bites and strawberries.

The kiddos really love the frozen yogurt here. Unfortunately, they rarely have napkins and even less often can they make smoothies because they are out of something.

They’re never open and when they are, everything is unavailable.

I’ve never been to a restaurant that had so many items unavailable. I’m not exaggerating when I say the only flavors available at this location were mango, pineapple, orange, pomegranate and coffee. Literally every other flavor was out of service. Not even a standard vanilla.

EDIT: After reading through the reviews, I find it concerning how management has replied to every one star review (and there are many!) and yet, nothing seems to have improved. It’s obvious the responses are just for show, instead of actually trying to improve on the NUMEROUS complaints about the same issues.

An employee yelled at me for being too loud when I was talking at a normal speaking voice. She also let her friends get free ice cream go behind the counter and in the back of the store. Will not be returning

I love coming to orange leaf as a healthier alternative to getting ice cream but it really sucks coming here and they never have hardly any decent flavors!! Like seriously? Why r half of the flavors out now then the other half are all some variation of chocolate or vanilla. I like fruit flavors and I’m lucky if i’m able to go and they have more than 2 fruity flavors to choose from. If they could keep more fruit flavors in stock it would be very appreciated!

Only got 1 star as I can’t give 0 and I am willing to give this place a second chance but this was my first time trying frozen yogurt and this place was recommended to me but when we went today most the machines were out of order and the ones that did work were low and would not let anything come out. The person behind counter didn’t seem like the cared and it was not busy there’s one only one other couple there so the worker could have put more in machines or at least told us they were working on it but instead just stood there while we were disappointed.

First time here for brother in laws Birthday. It was great! They let us try the flavors to choose which ones we wanted. It was very good and the staff was very nice. Will be back. ?

Wish I could leave NO STARS!!! We ordered a cake for a birthday party. We received several text messages stating that it would be ready for pick up at 4pm. We arrived at 4:10 and they had no cakes AT ALL and no explanation as to why it was not there!! Thanks for NOTHING!!! Now we have no cake for the birthday party we are headed to?

Drove 25 miles because website said open until 9pm daily. Arrived and they were closed with lights on and doors locked; Not even a sign stating reason. Will not attempt to try again.

Probably would have been great if they had actually been open when we went! Website and sign at the store shows hours as 11:00-9:00 daily but we went at 5:00 and the doors were locked and all the lights were still on inside. We sat outside for about 10 minutes and never did see anyone. Cars pulling up and disappointed people.
