Ordered through a delivery service (which I rarely do) and I made a mistake on it. Panda Express was 100% gracious and professional; helped me get my order straightened out. Food order was hot, correct and fresh at 2:30 pm. and all three team members were kind and helpful.

Check your order all cabbage in lo mein no soy sauce only sweet and sour, I didn’t get fried anything for that. Egg roll looks like it’s been sitting there for a week. Pick a different place

Absolutely terrible from the cold food to the nasty attitudes every frontline employee and manager has. Poor customer service! No communication from any worker as you come in to pick up your online order, no greeting no eta on when your order will be made. If you complain to anyone they do not care, not even the GM They can take this away from Mustang. Waste of space. Take the rude workers with you!

I've been coming here since it's opened with regularity. It's a great restaurant with good, fresh and fresh- made food. However today they served half portions of everything I ordered. Usually when ordering a bigger plate is enough food for two people. But with half of what they usually serve, if it's not weighed, you should charge a discount price for lunch portions not measuring up to full plates

Very clean! Food was good but for the price... they could add a few more nuts in the box.
Went about a month ago and ordered family meal food wasn't fresh tasted bland made everyone have to go to the bathroom rest of the evening made us sick unfortunately sad..... panda 🐼

Posted hours state they close at 10 PM. Went in before 9:30 and was told I could only order to-go because they close their lobby at 9:30. We didn’t plan to stay after their closing time. Ended up just leaving as it was clear they didn’t want us there.
