Brand new location and can't even get an order right when there was no one else in line. Orange chicken with fired rice wasn't a complicated ask but got chow mein and orange chicken.

I ordered my food online the lady did not ask for my last initial and a guy with the same first name as mine ordered and she handed me the wrong order ! I told her they need to start asking for last name initials and she laughed at me ! Very disrespectful and I will never be back encourage others to stay away !

The food here is always top notch, especially compared to other Panda's. The staff is always friendly, even at lunch rush hour.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available. Kids meals have smaller portions and come with a juice.

Guy's you had some kind of mettalic looking shaving in your food. I spit one piece up. This kind of contamination could seriously injure someone. I hate to be gross and attach a picture, but now I have to go get checked out by an ER to make sure I didn't swallow a piece. Please try and be more carefull.

They let DoorDashers cancel your order without telling you until its been an hour after so then you cant eat dinner.
However when calling the store the worker was nice and apologized for the terrible design flaw they have.
If i could rate doordash also i would I still never got my food though.

Good food and the interior was kept clean and the drink area was well-stocked.
Food would have gotten 5 stars if it hadn't been for the Crab Ragoon, It was terrible. Crab Ragoon was burnt, and the cream cheese had no crabmeat, that I could tell, and it was dried out. Way over cooked. The walnut shrimp and orange chicken were very good. For an upcharge on the shrimp, it was a very small portion. Service staff was friendly and efficient, especially for a restaurant that just opened in Mustang, OK. It was super busy with dine in, online pickup, and drive-thru. The Spicy Orange Chicken was very popular, so we had to wait for some more to cook. The atmosphere was bright, and the restaurant was extremely clean. Prices were reasonable, $24 for the two of us. I would recommend this place.

The Good: My online order was ready on time, and was correct. The Short Answer: You can buy better Chinese food in the freezer section of Walmart for less money. The Rest: The bourbon chicken was so breaded and spicy that it could have been cardboard and I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. Black Pepper Steak was at least steak in texture, but a third of the box was mushrooms and there were no bell peppers. Its baby broccoli was only stalks, and again over-seasoned to the point of being unable to distinguish the flavor of any individual ingredient. Beef & Broccoli had no sauce, meat was bland, and broccoli rather al dente. Chow mein had had barely any flavor. Spring rolls were a hollow shell of a roll with almost no filling and tasted off too. White rice was barely sticky and sadly the best part of the meal beating out even the fortune cookie. I threw almost all of the food away, not worth finishing my plate, let alone eating any of the leftovers. If you want Chinese food, go elsewhere. Even China One was better than Panda Express.

Management at this location is not up to standard. Half of the servers are standing around instead of all hands on deck mentality. This all starts with Management/Leadership. I would hate for this approach to happen at other stores.
