I am sad to say that Levi requires better customer service it's never okay to hang up on a customer just simply because they asked for additional pizza toppings it is absolutely not okay to tell the customer to go somewhere else if I don't like it. My experience has been horrible today regarding the management and in the way they treat a repeat customer. We like the food but unfortunately the management requires rearranging never okay to tell a customer they can't have a topping that you offer. Apparently when the managers have a bad day some customers get to suffer the consequences and it's never okay. Without repeat customers and clientele Pizza Hut wouldn't be in business

So I went to Pizza Hut and ordered my pizza in person instead of ordering it online because I wanted a half and half. And 1/2 had to have very very light cheese. We got a Hawaiian and a meat, everything was fixed just right and away I went

Placed an order and I had missed the calls from the driver not being able to find my apartment (which I understood, apartments are complicated sometimes) and they said they would have the driver redeliver and talk her through how to get here because the manager claimed to know where I lived. 30mins later I see they canceled my order and never said anything. Manger Leo (I think is what he said his name was) caught attitude and try to turn it around of us when asked why they didn’t call to tell us they were going to cancel it. We would’ve just went and picked it up at that point. No big deal. Never had issues before with this place and never had issues with drivers not being able to find my apartment in the last 5 years I’ve lived here.

Utterly confused on the low ratings here. I broke down and ordered Pizza Hut after various longtime residents’ recommendations had been, at times, wholly inedible - literally, my 14 year old who moonlights as a freaking garbage disposal would leave those pizzas untouched. We ordered from this Pizza Hut and oh em gee, finally, GOOD pizza. Arrived hot, perfectly cooked, order was correct, and the delivery lady was so sweet. 100% impressed, will order again. Soon. 😁

I ordered an eight piece boneless garlic Parmesan wings. When the delivery arrived they were burnt and two of them had no breading on them. My pizza melt was burnt. There was cheese and pepperoni stuck on the box. It was absolutely horrible. I am a regular and I pay good money for these deliveries or pick up I tip well and this is a service I get two thumbs down.
I usually don’t make reviews but after spending $34 on pizza that we threw away after eating one slice; people deserve to be warned.
My family and I got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks with a Mountain Dew. $34 WOW. The Mountain Dew never made it to our delivery driver so he had to go to 711 to get it and come back.
The food had ZERO flavor and the cheese sticks my daughters both said gross. (They aren’t picky eaters).
We really wanted to try something new this time since we always do Papa Johns. This was definitely our last pizza from Pizza Hut. Not trying to spread hate but geez it was extremely bad. Gave 2 stars because 1 star wouldn’t be a fair rating for any business.

Jasmine the manager made all the other customers wait so she could give discounts to all of her church people. By the time I got my pizza it was 25 min old in a hot box and dry. Glad you could get them a discount

Received a text alert that food was out for delivery; 35 minutes later food arrived barely warm. Driver had no explanation besides them being short staffed. It'll be a while before I spend the kind of money being charged for less than mediocre service and lukewarm food at Pizza Hut. There are other places that can earn our business.
