We ordered 2 large pies on a Monday night. I asked for light sauce on both, and both were DOUSED with red sauce.The cheese was just barely melted, and the vegetables were not even close to cooked through. Very little charring to indicate a lengthy oven ride.The food tasted just okay. This experience is not gonna have us sprinting back for more.The order was made very fast, but at the expense of the final product. 15 minute time to ready, and it was pretty close to that.We did order through the app.

I really dislike the quality of the food now. The best type of crust (pan) costs way too much money. The food doesn’t get cooked all the way.

Their medium thin crust supreme pizza is the best. Lots of vegetables the sauce is not salty. Two people can eat for under $20.00 when you order water. We go here

My order was not made correctly and I called on 12/16/2023 at 1857hrs, the Mustang Oklahoma store and they stated that they were a franchise and they have nothing to do with online pizza hut and that they don’t have to honor anything as there not affiliated with Pizza Hut online. This individual was nasty over the phone and argued with me and talked over me and even yelled at a customer when all I wanted was to remake the pizza correctly. So much for customer service!

So, my special needs son wanted to order out. Cool. I bring up the web site, we talk, he starts clicking options.... I take a look and start removing the add ons....Short while later my husband brings the food home.No one, at the store, could be bothered with a 30 second phone call to confirm....They sent us a Pep Lvr... - pepperoniThey gave us a cheese pizza!!! They charged me 15.99 for cheese!!!Seriously, not one person stopped for 5 seconds to read the "pep lvr" part and go, "hmmmm something ain't right here"? Apparently, the clock that corporate looks at is more important.

We ordered on the app and picked up the pizza. No problem till we got home. The pizza was missing a slice of pizza. The pizza had been with my wife and I the whole time so we knew our pizza left the store with a missing slice. We called the store several times. We were afraid the pizza had been previously served and sent back out by mistake. Finally got someone to answer. The manager insisted that there was no way we got a pizza with a missing slice. So we went directly to the store to get refunded. As soon as we walked in another customer saw us carry in our pizza and said they were struggling back in the kitchen. We just advised the customer to inspect her order before leaving. Immediately the manager told us we needed to leave. I said once we got a refund, we would gladly leave. He refused a refund and threatened to call the cops because we were trespassing. I had no problem explaining to the cops our problem. So the manager continued to refuse a refund and would only say "good bye". While we were waiting for the cops, I called another store to get the number for cooperate but corporate was closed. Once the cops arrived we left peacefully and management gave us a life time banned from the mustang Pizza Hut!! Hello dominos pizza!! Good bye Pizza Hut including our rewards membership (after 20 plus years). As for refund, the cops said there was nothing they could do.

The pizza is good and delivery is usually fast but this location has a problem not following or possibly even reading it's special requests like cutting your pizza into squares, this last order they didnt bother to bring the marinara for cheese sticks I ordered for delivery and when I called them whoever it was I spoke to said "oh we won't send a delivery driver just for sauce I'm sorry"Well if you'd have sent it in the first place we wouldn't have an issue. If I wanted to come the store for the sauce you forgot to bring I wouldn't have paid an extra 5 bucks to deliver it to my house. Not a very happy customer at the moment.
