S&B's Burger Joint - Mustang

The last two times we've ordered from Postmates, our orders have been completely wrong. None of the sauces for the fries come, or are wrong. None of the extra sauces I paid for and queso I ordered, in case they miss the sauces again came. This is the last time we order from S&B. They are the only restaurant in Mustang that can't get the food delivery orders correct. I called last time, and the time before. Today, I'm just posting to warn you that you will order a meal and the parts needed for it will be missing, whether it's fire fries, Mac & cheese fries, or a slider that literally was missing everything. You can't even get the proper refund, because they technically missed only part of your meal. Not the whole thing.

We recently ordered a party tray for a birthday party and the food was delicious. Im just so sorry I didn’t get a slider before they were devoured by our guest. The service was wonderful and very accommodating. Of course I’ll be ordering again. Thanks for the service and delicious food!!

The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the ambiance had a fun, laid-back vibe. Plus, our waitress Chloe, was on point with her recommendations and made sure we had a great time.

I ordered a side of onion rings and they were burnt. When I called and spoke to the manager she stated that they were made by her and that they were good. These are beyond crispy the onion is dried out.

Do NOT eat here if you have food allergies. You can explain to them in your order that you do and they will still send it out where you believe the food is safe. I had to leave after only eating a few bites and when I asked if the food I ordered was indeed gluten free since I told her I need gluten free and even told her I have celiac disease when ordering her answer was “well, don’t you know what you can eat with your disease?” Yes, I ask and I just got done dealing with someone that does not understand the importance of taking food allergies serious. I will never return and advise anyone with celiac or food allergies to avoid this place.

Not sure if they changed something but the beer from the tap was flat and kinda warm. I ordered another drink and they were out of cranberry juice and Tittos vodka. Also my fiancee food was terrible chicken was way over breaded. Not sure we will be going back.

We were seated. Ordered drinks and food. 3 more tables filled. Their food was delivered before our waitress ever came to see if we were ok. We left. Absolutely horrible service.

We placed our order and 2 other full tables came in after us and got their food before us. No good answer from the server...we left cash for our drinks and walked out. Never done that anywhere before.
