The owner needs to make some surprise visits. We were in at 6:00 on Friday and were the only people in the place. We were about to leave when one of the four employees figured out we were there. The employees didn’t seem to care if they sold a sandwich or not. Dining room tables needed to be wiped down and floors needed swept.

I came through the drive thru. I placed my order but when I pulled up to the window, she handed me the wrong size drink. She corrected me and said that I ordered a small ice tea.. I told her that I ordered a regular size drink. She was rude and finished my order with an attitude.. Schlotzsky’s, Please don’t let her serve your customers…
