Had an issue with my order last week. Got the wrong sandwich. Went again this week to test the waters… went through the drive-thru, got my food, left, noticed that my order was wrong again after making it a mile away. Went back and they were making me the “correct” sandwich. Got the second sandwich, kept it kind and said thank you and left, made it a mile away again to find out they didn’t even put meat on the second try sandwich… this place was amazing when it first open. Idk who runs it now but it’s bad…

Told we had to get our food to go because they close at 9. Showed up at 8:15. Then they told us they were out of beef after we paid for our meal. Then the drink machine only had a few options due to being out of most of the soda options.
Hannah should have a better attitude when taking orders. If I’m buying an item and it’s cold and does not look fresh I should be able to ask when it was cooked without an attitude. When a customer pulls up to the window to pay, you should say hello and provide the total since you did not after I completed my order. Maybe it has something to do with a racial appearance, but this is your job. If someone is being pleasant with you then return that same respect to them. Do better.

I ordered the French Dip Roast Beef sandwich and side salad. Both were excellent. It was busy after church on Sunday, so a little crowded, but food came out pretty quickly. Staff is very friendly. I did have to wait at the counter for someone to help me. I needed a bag for my containers of leftovers. The server should have brought a couple of bags and offered them with the containers. I have found only a few restaurants do that, without being asked. It really should be automatic. No one wants leaky food in their car.
Parking: They need to change out the chairs. They're not very comfortable.

The food is always great. I usually get the medium Deluxe original sandwich, which has twice the meat on it, It's really good. My wife gets the chicken Caesar salad and a soup. She really enjoys their salads and soups. They are usually pretty quick, and the employees have been friendly and very helpful. They always do a great job, and I'm never disappointed.
