Over half of the credit card readers never work. They installed the tap and pay readers, but barely any of them work. Some of the signs won't even go to the following pay menu, forcing their employees to do manual payments and causing them to miss out on tips if their signs actually worked. Food is acceptable, but they need to spend some money to get their equipment working. If it's that bad outside, I shudder to see what the employees are dealing with on the inside and what doesn't work. Is sonic really worth pictures when the food never matches the picture on the menu?

So whats the point of the online app when they don't even make your order till you check in and shown up. app said order ready at x time you shown up only to wait 10/15 more minutes. so look the is food always good at the location but it's getting a little run down and just a fresh coat of paint don't fix that. Who ever the franchise running this place needs to take a look at what's going on operations wise, and maybe invest in a pressure washer and clean the outside up some at the very least. this is a solid 3.5 stars place but food is a 4 to 4.5 depending on the day.

I hate to say this but after 5 horrible experiences (I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt) I feel compelled to tell everyone to avoid this location. Burgers were burnt, chicken sandwiches were overcooked, got a "queso" burger with barely any cheese on it.

This store never makes an effort to do anything with any speed even if there is only like a car or two at the stalls. Have waited mutiple times over 10 mins on just simple orders it’s always a hassle to even get a good answer on anything and when you call and use the red button they sound bothered you’ve asked them something about their job.

Just purchased 3 cherry 🍒 cokes
on a five dollar gift card. The cokes tasted old. There was no ice and so much cherry. That’s all you could taste. They tasted like they had been sitting half the half the day. It was horrible chalk it up as an experience.

Sometimes the experience at Sonic is hit or miss, but Wyhletia made this one for us such a home run. She was simply the sweetest and specifically made sure we got all our sauces in our order when she brought it out. It’s 10pm the day after Thanksgiving and it’s cold out, and she had the biggest smile on her face and the most positive attitude. Thank you Wyhletia!!!

I ordered on the app and used one of my deals. I got the double smash burger. Can't say that it was too smashed, seemed like a jr double cheeseburger... I also ordered a 44 half and half tea with easy ice. The cup seems to be filled with ice, like I said extra ice or something! You can do better...

We visited this particular sonic Sunday at 12:30 it was semi busy and that’s understandable with the after church crowd. We Ordered three drinks cost $10 roughly. We waited 10 minutes I knew it might take a while to get our drink order as during the time we waited a carhop came to the window, asking if we had a specific order that was sitting on her tray because she didn’t know where it went and another car hop was walking as slowly as he possibly could vaping on his way back into the store as to utilize the most of his time outside. After our order finally arrived the carhop was friendly. I paid on the kiosk so no money was interchanged. After the long wait and high cost of three drinks one of our three drinks wasn’t even correct. I asked for the carhop to come correct the drink over the kiosk and he came right back out and assessed the problem and went to fix the drink when we got the corrected drink it was wrong again. I still tipped the carhop for being friendly and trying to fix the issue but I will not be back to this sonic.
