Was given an ice cold bacon Gouda sandwich that was instructed to have warm, alongside this my caramel ribbon crunch did not have any of the crunch bits at all in the drink whatsoever. This location has consistently underdelivered on quality and performance for me in past experiences and after this experience I will not be a returning customer.

This has to be the worst starbucks on the planet. Drinks are constantly mixed wrong and they are as slow as molasses. For a $10 drink, id like it to be a good one and done right without having to get a refund or waiting again for them to always remake it

I ordered on the mobile app, and when I arrived I drive up to the drive thru window to pick up my order due to the icy conditions outside. They were very rude and didn't like the fact that I was retrieving my order at the window.

Tips From A Bellman

The last time I was in I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with Banana Cream Cold Foam. It was picture perfect and I would recommend the Banana Cold Foam if you haven't had it. They have a Protein one too , but they were out , so I just did the regular one. I wanted to try something different and this paired well like a Chocolate Banana. My favorite is the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino that they have around Christmas time. If available I get it any time of the year. Of course they also have desserts and snacks if you want a bite to eat.

The dining area is always clean and when I've sat there they had someone going around cleaning tables and checking the trash , etc. The bathroom is clean also. The decor is pretty typical for a Starbucks and it is a good size store. The parking lot is also clean with plenty of parking and the drive thru is large enough for those with pickups and large SUVs to use with no problem. The couple times I've been here it has not been very busy. I've driven by Dutch Brothers a few times and see a long line at the drive thru , but I don't really care for them because they are way too sweet for me. My son and his wife go there quite often. I prefer Starbucks and only get the frappuccinos , not the hot coffees.

Waited in line here for 20 minutes this afternoon for my mobile app order… I ordered a honey citrus mint tea… which was supposed to me made with Jade Citrus Mint Green Tea & Peach Tranquility Herbal Tea, instead they made it with two bags of Royal English breakfast Tea… normally i wouldn’t mind but I specifically bought this because I'm fighting a cold. Disappointed is an understatement.

I go here often, and usually it's pretty good. But sometimes during the morning shifts, my order isn't done properly. I pay extra for extra addons and very often they're forgotten, usually on wednesdays/thursdays. If someone pays an extra $2-3 for additions, I feel with how expensive coffee is they should get what they ask for. Same with sweeteners or whip cream. :( The evening shift workers are always spot on, but some of the morning shifts are lacking when it comes to detail and I hate posting this but it's getting annoying at this point.

Never had a bad experience here. Usually order my coffee on the way to work, and it's usually ready by the time I arrive at the store. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Great location in my opinion!

So. The only reason this business is still in business is because it's in the heart of Mustang. The customer service is absolute trash. No one said hi or acknowledged us when we walked in. They were very focused in the ONE drive thru car. I didn't see an abundance of online orders either. A member named Hope took our order but didn't make eye contact or even greet us. When she was taking our order there were four flies flying around the register. She was extremely rude when taking our order and didn't even try to have a personality or thank us when we paid.

This is a recession. If you want our business again lower your prices or up your customer service. All three of the women working there at 2:15 today were rude and didn't acknowledge a thing. We could have walked out of there with the entire cup display and they would have just watched.

Dutch Bros is closer to our house anyway

*not our first time in this stbks but we have returned several times and this last customer experience was such trash we are just done.

Their coffee tastes watered down compared to everywhere else. I have given 3 chances now and each time I want to go back and throw my coffee at them because I feel ripped off. Only wanted it to help my migraine but instead I gotta deal with a foul after taste in my mouth and be more irritated
