Never had a bad experience here. Usually order my coffee on the way to work, and it's usually ready by the time I arrive at the store. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Great location in my opinion!

So. The only reason this business is still in business is because it's in the heart of Mustang. The customer service is absolute trash. No one said hi or acknowledged us when we walked in. They were very focused in the ONE drive thru car. I didn't see an abundance of online orders either. A member named Hope took our order but didn't make eye contact or even greet us. When she was taking our order there were four flies flying around the register. She was extremely rude when taking our order and didn't even try to have a personality or thank us when we paid.
This is a recession. If you want our business again lower your prices or up your customer service. All three of the women working there at 2:15 today were rude and didn't acknowledge a thing. We could have walked out of there with the entire cup display and they would have just watched.
Dutch Bros is closer to our house anyway
*not our first time in this stbks but we have returned several times and this last customer experience was such trash we are just done.

Their coffee tastes watered down compared to everywhere else. I have given 3 chances now and each time I want to go back and throw my coffee at them because I feel ripped off. Only wanted it to help my migraine but instead I gotta deal with a foul after taste in my mouth and be more irritated

I went through drive thru and I had a situation going on with my friend and I told them the situation and they helped me pick the perfect tea and perfect snack for my friend he loved it all they are the best and I can't thank then enough for helping me out with that.

Disappointed. Got a normal order that I’ve gotten before at other locations and it was poorly executed at this location. Not worth my money.
I was having the best morning ever until I went here. The girl working the window set me off with her rudeness! In my instructions for an online order, picking up thru the drive thru, it tells me to pull up to the window and tell them I have an order for myself. The girl was very hateful and told me next time that I needed to wait at the speaker and announce that I was there, behind the line of ppl ordering. I thought the whole purpose of ordering ahead was to skip the line! I will not be placing an online order nor returning to this location!

I usually use the app so I can keep all my silly details in order for my drink. But I pulled up to the window and fumbled out some words trying to explain exactly how I wanted the drink. The girl was super sweet and understanding and helped me out with everything. Everything was beyond satisfactory and they put a little happy face on my cup which made my day lolll. The little smile is the only reason I am writing this review.

Probably the worst iced caramel macchiato I’ve ever had:( also asked for my cup to be lined w/ caramel and not a drop of caramel in my cup. Nothing worse than needing your caffeine/ coffee fix to cure a migraine and your order being wrong.

I should have read the reviews before i went. Highly disappointed in the staff and Manager. They still screw your order up and don't do anything to help fix it. Coffee there is high enough and they give you a cup half full.

Absolutely the slowest Starbucks ever. Time and time again. Beyond slow. Random orders are done. You may wait 5 minutes. You may wait 25 minutes. Probably 25 minutes though.
