I ordered on the mobile app and I went in about 3 minutes later and they already had everything exactly how I asked it for! It was quite and there were a few college or highschool students studying! I love Starbucks!

I usually come here in the morning before work and always order the Macha Tea Latte hot. It’s never consistent. Usually their hot is not really hot it’s always warm. I drank my tea this morning expecting it to be like it has been and it was scorching hot & only half full. I went through the drive through again just to explain that my drink was wrong. She decided to gaslight me and say I was just imagining that it was wrong. I’m pretty sure they make your drink wrong on purpose if you don’t tip in the drive through. This was on purpose. Horrible service.

My main reason for the poor rating are the drinks. Since the opening of the 15th starbucks I have not come to this location due to the inconsistency in drinks. Either they are too milky or just plum wrong. I shouldn’t have to worry about whether or not my drink will taste like it should when purchasing :(. This morning I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and it was made with cold brew rather than the blonde espresso like stated in the name. I’ve realized the mornings are when the drinks are most made wrong; I came in the afternoon a week ago and was greeted by a lovely and helpful face, I believe her name is Sam. Thank you Sam for making my drink correctly and making my day better.

Everytime we come here the drive through is slower than molasses. Plenty of time to contemplate your regret for not going to a different Starbucks. 15-20 minutes to get through with only 5-7 cars in front of you is unacceptable and it's not a 1 time thing.

12/31/23 @ 3:00 pm. They were definitely not busy at this time. While the drive thru may be fast, the service for walk in customers is appallingly SLOW!! I watched while drive thru orders were filled first, and I continually waited for an iced green tea. Not impressed.

Rude & immature employees.Nasty food. Shame on StarbucksThey water down their drinks and the children “working” there straight out told us they water it down. We have never had such tasteless Starbucks drinks.We placed 3 different orders.They decided to HOLD them all at the counter. When I asked them for the drinks, they got defensive and said they were just telling me “why” they do that. So we can “get them allTogether.”For an order that wasn’t even placed together.They need to address the rude behaviorSave your money and sanity and go elsewhere.

Waited an hour for one caramel macchiato. It seemed they focus their attention on the drive through or Internet orders. I should have went through the drive through. I will stick with Wild Hero.

A nice sbux this is,I didn't go inside but was greeted and treated in the drive thru by the kindest soul by the name of Brie. She was courteous,knowledgeable and pleasant upon my visit and that is always greatly appreciated.

I've been here twice now and both times I was out of drive thru line in five minutes. The staff is friendly and I always get a pup cup for my pit bull. The most recent time we went the cashier seen him and offered to put the whipped cream in a more wide mouth container so he could get it easier! I like the shaken oatmilk apple drink. I want to try the new cold foams but they are strictly dairy unfortunately. Overall I'd recommend this location. I haven't tried going inside, the parking lot is small and I always have my dog with me but there's never a lot of people here.
