Don’t know if there was a change in management, but the last few months service has been slow & bad. ALWAYS ask for extra chili and extra cheese on my burritos and either they don’t read it or just don’t care, but there is hardly any to none on them. And this has happened a handful of times last few months.

Went inside to ask what I needed to do for the Taco Tuesday and showed them a code. They told me to redeem the offer in the drive thru. Went through the drive thru only to be told I need to place an order online like I was originally trying to do but the app was charging full price. Terrible communication by the staff and this Taco Bell already wasn't the best.

It’s currently 930 and I’ve been told the third time in a row the are out of meat and beans what’s really going on in this establishment? Need better management
Just ordered 3 mexi dip and chips and there was not even half the amount of chips you get in them and no guacamole, they substitute watered down cheese dip. We knew they were going to substitute but not watered down. We also got 3 party burritos and one beff burrito. We were charge $25.50 for this meal so I called them and all they could say was they had my receipt there if I wanted it. This is the 3rd time we have been there and they don’t have guacamole. They don’t have our business any more!!!!
