the manager had to read the orders to the other staff. It still takes them 15 minutes to start after being read the orders twice. You coild pay 3rd graders twenty an hour and run a better business. Maybe smoke less weed.

$3.50 uncharged for a brisket enchilada platter that was ice cold! Totally ridiculous, total requested a refund!

We placed order in drive through for 2 tacos and 1 quesadilla....we've been waiting for 15+ minutes and still haven't gotten it. Ridiculous!!!!.
After 20 minutes we finally got our food. Employee almost threw the bag to us, didn't apologize for the wait. Totally unacceptable, rude.
Oh, and we were the ONLY one in line..both drive through and inside!

I'm not sure what's going on here but higher up management needs to step up. This was a usual place to eat and the food was great. Interested the past 6-10 months the workers are doing there best to work with what they have. The most I've seen working has been 3 tops. You cannot operate a fast food restaurant on this. It's sad when it takes 31 minutes to get food for 4 when there is 2 people working and 5 already with there food and 1 car in the drive through. Step up management and help these people out. If not just shut the doors till you can.

Don’t know if there was a change in management, but the last few months service has been slow & bad. ALWAYS ask for extra chili and extra cheese on my burritos and either they don’t read it or just don’t care, but there is hardly any to none on them. And this has happened a handful of times last few months.

Went inside to ask what I needed to do for the Taco Tuesday and showed them a code. They told me to redeem the offer in the drive thru. Went through the drive thru only to be told I need to place an order online like I was originally trying to do but the app was charging full price. Terrible communication by the staff and this Taco Bell already wasn't the best.
