Causaian lady who takes orders has stated she cant take orders for non dairy (literally no cheese on beans and tacos) and celiac friendly tacos (ie using corn for shells). She either needs to be restrained asap or maybe work at mcdonalds since it's too hard to wear gloves for one simple order of corn tacos with no cheese and a pint of beans without cheese. Its not that hard.

I always go inside to order. 10 crunchy tacos 10 bean burritos i was there for a hour they were not understaffed I and the elderly lady and i and were treated terribly after I ordered the lady ordered and the young man tossed the change and bills on the counter and went on the floor the manager was right there and saw everything and didn't say a word every taco and bean burrito i ordered evey shell was broken and bearly any beans on my burritos this was the worst service I have ever encountered in my 50 + years im upset with my order no doubt but im mostly disappointed with how they treated the elderly lady š¢ cussing and rude and I would have thought the manager wouldn't let that happen. It's a damn shame that place went to hell like that I won't be back and im calling corporate tomorrow morning

I donāt even eat here but the experience I just had with the so called girl/lady āmanagerā definitely makes me not want to ever come here. Simply came for a pick up that turned into a 15-20min wait. I didnāt mind waiting as Iām patient and understanding especially when the drive thru line is extremely long. But now to not acknowledge someone whoās been standing at the counter for 5 mins but simply acknowledging the people walking out and having the audacity to give me attitude when I just wanted to know how much longer I should be waiting is crazy. How unprofessional to be a manger and be like that and then leave the line because youāre mad to leave 2 people to take care of everything. Not sorry, but how I grew up you give the attitude then expect it be given back.

Waited 30 minutes. Order was not correct and items were missing. Asked for order meat to be added to nachos like I ordered. The manager Kevin opened my container and put the meat on my food and then placed ground beef in a container for the other nacho. Never added missing food. I asked for a refund on my $40 order and he refused.

the manager had to read the orders to the other staff. It still takes them 15 minutes to start after being read the orders twice. You coild pay 3rd graders twenty an hour and run a better business. Maybe smoke less weed.

$3.50 uncharged for a brisket enchilada platter that was ice cold! Totally ridiculous, total requested a refund!

We placed order in drive through for 2 tacos and 1 quesadilla....we've been waiting for 15+ minutes and still haven't gotten it. Ridiculous!!!!. After 20 minutes we finally got our food. Employee almost threw the bag to us, didn't apologize for the wait. Totally unacceptable, rude. Oh, and we were the ONLY one in line..both drive through and inside!
I'm not sure what's going on here but higher up management needs to step up. This was a usual place to eat and the food was great. Interested the past 6-10 months the workers are doing there best to work with what they have. The most I've seen working has been 3 tops. You cannot operate a fast food restaurant on this. It's sad when it takes 31 minutes to get food for 4 when there is 2 people working and 5 already with there food and 1 car in the drive through. Step up management and help these people out. If not just shut the doors till you can.

ALWAYS ask for extra chili and extra cheese on my burritos and either they donāt read it or just donāt care, but there is hardly any to none on them. And this has happened a handful of times last few months.
