If I could give them a 0 I would. Ordered 40 bucks worth of food, missing half of it and taco bueno WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. Door Dash says taco bueno has to issue the refund , taco bueno says doordash has to. No body will take responsibility for their mistake !!! The Gm here is only 1 week new and can't do anything. No manager wants to fix the problem. I'm so upset that no one will refund my money back.

I love me some Bueno.! This location was clean. Good food. Good service. Nothing major but maybe work on keeping salsa bar/ Pico fresh.
We went through the drive-thru and my husband ordered a taco burger, a couple of tacos, a burrito and some nachos. The Tacos and Taco Burger had barely any meat on them at all- if we had ate here, I would have taken the food back up to the counter- I didn't get a pic. Of the taco burger but I got a pic of one of the tacos to attach. The Nachos were ok but chips were stale ? and the burrito was truly the only "wasn't bad" item we ordered- my husband described it as "the star of the show". We'll drive a bit farther for Taco Casa to avoid Bureno that is No Bueno!! ***btw- we ordered regular tacos, not party tacos- and the shell size is regular Taco size but less then party taco toppings.

Horrible experience. 1115am ordered pick 3, 2 bueno burgers and 1 beef soft taco. Couldn't order muchaco because fryer not ready either. Anyway, burger buns hard, meat tasteless. Tried to make it flavorful but threw it away. On top of that ice machine broken so served ice from open top ice tray. 30 min later we were throwing up. A terrible experience!

Bought a mexi dips & chips, and they gave me what appears to be the remains of someone else's meal. The guacamole was mostly scraped from the container. The beans were cold and not cooked, and the cheese sauce was not there.

I just went though drive through, and they got me in and out! I ordered a four bean burritos, and two quesadillas. The staff was very nice, and even gave me a discount! I told myself I wouldn’t be back to this location after constantly having my order messed up, but the costumer service was absolutely amazing, my order was correct, and the service was fast! I will be back.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The staff is always so polite, and so caring about their customers and the experience they have when when coming to this establishment. The new GM is KICK BUTT! I absolutely love the way he and his new management team is running this location. Big things are going to happen I can see it!

As a former employee of this establishment I am appalled at the low level of care put into making their food. The most disappointing is they didn't even give us the full wholatta platter just an empty shell. Truly disappointed in this experience.
