I came into this establishment this afternoon and was greeted by the employee laying on the couch under a blanket. (Younger girl) I proceeded to order a SHAKE not a tea. I was told that I didn’t order a shake and explained to her that I did say shake. She went back and forth about how I didn’t say shake. I was then told to leave the establishment and was told not to return and was called some inappropriate names. Usually on my regular visits another lady helps us there and she is very friendly and always recommends new flavors to try. I will not be returning since I am not able receive the product that I asked for and was also verbally assaulted.
