I have been visiting tropical smoothie A LOT in the past few months as the bowls and smoothies have been a major pregnancy craving of mine. I visited to get my normal mixed berry greek yogurt bowl which comes with Strawberries, Blueberries, granola, almonds, honey, and chia seeds. Normally if they are low or out of one of the fruits, I am asked what I would like to substitute with. Today I guess they were low on strawberries but nothing was said during my visit. I got home to discover they decided to go ahead and add banana to make up for the missing strawberries. I’m HIGHLY allergic to bananas and would have never approved this substitution if anything had been said to me. I’m now out my money and a meal. This is also not the first time my order has been messed up by this location and I’m highly disappointed as it is the closest and most convenient, but I guess I need to find a different pregnancy craving.

I ordered 2 Peanut Butter Cup smoothies via Grub Hub and both were awful. These are usually my favorite, but the ones received today were missing ingredients. They taste like ice water and it seems like they were made without peanut butter, bananas and chocolate. Complete waste of $$.

I left and will be back for a refund. I felt discriminated against. After Three or four orders of smoothies behind me went ahead of my simple item I ordered ?Had an light altercation with the clerk at first because I’m blind af and could not see the menu.Unfortunately I was born with my eyes bleeding and have what’s called loss of vision in Greek. I’ve never asked for a government dollar for it in my life and Live a somewhat normal life.I don’t mind ever waiting on good healthy food but I will not eat food prepared by a crew I felt was doing their job at an abnormal order out of spite. I’d like my funds back tho ?

Great place! didn't realize they add sugar to every smoothie!!..Make sure to tell them not to put the 1/4 cup of sugar in your smoothie!

Went to pick up Uber oreder it wasn’t ready. Also took them 10 mins to even realize I was in the lobby. Maybe she should take her ear buds out while at work it’s very unprofessional.

I really liked eating here but never again. Ordered a Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Wrap and got scammed. Didn't even put honey or granola in it. On top of that, I was the only car there. Save your money and don't go here.

Always takes forever to make smoothies. I usually order one and it takes 10-15 minutes to even have someone to come up to the window and have me pay. The drinks are still made nice but it just takes some time. Obviously if it was busy I wouldn't make my review this way but no one will even be in line and it still takes long. It takes just as long inside too.
I don't know why I keep trying this place. Every time I come in they ignore me. I stand at the counter for like 5 minutes before they walk up to the register like a zombie to take my order. Won't be back after today. They aren't even busy. No cars in the drive thru either. In looking at past reviews it looks like the owner has a copy and paste response about sorry for failing your expectations and quite frankly their own. Yet, it's obvious they've done nothing to improve this problem. I get that staffing is hard but my gosh. Just close the doors and let us opt for a different location.

I'm sort of baffled at the moment. Never really had a problem with this location until today. They handed me my smoothie and it felt very top heavy. I get home to find out they only gave me half a drink? Or they put a smaller cup in a bigger cup but charged me for the big one? I have no idea how or why this happened. Tried calling the store twice before making this review and it just goes to a machine asking for my access code.

I gave 2 stars for lack of professionalism and courtesy. When I went there last weekend 3 girls were standing at one side of the counter talking to a friend and just ignored me. When I finally got their attention they didn't say anything but 1 of the girls asked another girl at the back part of the store to take my order. That girl took my order and didn't say anything. When they bought out my order a girl handed it to me without a word and I left. No customer service skills at all.
