I stopped by to grab a quick snack on my way to work, and figured I’d stop here because I didn’t see a line and I generally like Wendy’s and think they have good food. I ordered a jr cheeseburger deluxe. The person who took my order was friendly. The person who took my money was also really friendly, but asked me to pull to the side because it was going to take a few minutes to cook my food. I figured I would be waiting for a while because that’s how it works at most fast food restaurants - I was wrong. My food was out in less than 2 minutes. I would definitely come back here; the food was hot and fresh and the staff was very pleasant.

Drive Thru,Service was friendly enoughI ordered a sausage egg muffin. Open it up and liquid oil and grease ran out ruining my clothes. I was on my way to an appointment. I took one bite and the grease and salt made it un-eatable. Horrible fast food. I went in the store to wash up because the horrible oily smell. Salty???? Oily???? Come on Wendy’s, train these folks to do better.Even the sack had a oil spill so I couldn’t even put it in my car to leave.

They were out of the apple and pecan salad around 7:00 pm. I ordered a bacon burger, it was cold and nasty. The meat tasted like it was freeze dried, and the fries were cold, there was no ice in our drinks. A year ago we went there to get their Valentine frosty, and guess what they were out of that! I’m not ever going back.

Drive through means you pick your food up at the window.not park it, wait 30 minutes and then go get your food from the counter. The guy didn't even give me my receipt. Because he probably know he was gonna get a bad review. Because the customer infront of me , he parked it too and then had to go get his food .
No customers were dinning in. Drive through was empty. Guy at the window made us pull forward to door we had to wait for a long time and go inside to get my order in the rain. Food was on the counter and was cold. All we ordered was two plain Burgers!

They sold me some burgers where the hamburger meat was as thin as the cheese and had the consistency of jerky. I did not have time to go back but you best believe you're getting one star. I feel like they did that to get rid of some old meat

I ordered a Cobb salad in the drive thru. It was awful. While I understand they are pre made and newly cooked chicken goes on top, this was awful. The tomatoes were frozen. They cannot remove ingredients as it’s pre made. While the lettuce was ok, the packet of dressing to cover the entire salad was small and two packets should have been provided. I don’t expect much for fast food, but I paid $12 for this mess.

After paying in the drive thru and receiving my drinks, they sent me to the side parking lot to wait for my food. They didn't come in twice the time they told me to wait- NO other cars came through the drive thru so I pulled back through it and asked if my food was ready. There was a group of 3 teenager boys chatting in the drive window. They asked if I had already ordered, and then what did I order... yes, they found my food that had been sitting there for several minutes because it was cold when I got to my home a short drive away. This is the 1st time I've had horrible service at this location. STOP sending your customers to wait in the parking lot when nobody is behind them!!! Horrible customer service!
