Foods usually normal but I had just got some food and had a hair in it, I work in fast food myself so I understand, obviously no one wants a hair in there food but I’m not mad at all, I know how sometimes strains of hair can get loose but if you have long hair really be aware of how it’s hanging or worn up please. (I’m not trying to bash anyone or the store) I appreciate it
Whataburger, what is up with these wait times? Every-single-time I visit I wait 10+ minutes for one sandwich. Staff is great, but wait times are insane. It’s even longer if there is someone in front of me. Person in front of me waits 10 min and then I wait 10 min. Do you cook one burger/sandwich at a time?! I don’t need corporate reaching out “we want to hear more from you, email us at…” just fix your wait times. Needless to say I left without getting my food

November 9th 2024 Sat. We came in after my grandson won his championship game today. (We gave him a choice, anywhere he wanted to eat). We were greeted by “Jay” who has been absolutely AMAZING from the moment we walked in until we walked out! - He has been attentive, helping, caring and all together one of the most generous workers I’ve came across in a very long time. Thank You Mr. Jay for making my grandson feel like a winner today. Your kindness has been most appreciated???????‼️

We went to the drive through waited for about 40 mins with two cars ahead of us and got to the window to pay just for them to say we don't have your order..... this place is a joke.

Every time I get food from here, it’s stale and cold and they always forget something. Why offer condiments if you’re not even gonna put them in there?! There’s never gravy in the chicken strip combo even after asking for it multiple times. The window people are never nice and I wish they cared about the quality of the food people are paying for.

Any morning I come through this place the hash browns are ALWAYS over cooked I'm at break from work having to go inside to have them remade the manger in the white shirt older white lady with a long ponytail walking around with gloves on coughing inside the gloves on her hands while waiting for the hash browns picking her ears and rubbing across her nose and face is very nasty and I'll NEVER come back again

Visited late night night/early morning and the drive thru had 4 cars and there were 4 or 5 customers inside. We placed our order and went to sit down and wait. It took almost 30 minutes to receive our food which I found a bit unusual when there were 3 crew members and the manager there. The food WAS at least fresh and hot.
