Food was absolutely incredible, service was awful. They also forgot a few items (sauces) we paid for but the sauce wasn't super great anyways (to us) for the one we did get. If the service was better id be giving it a better review. Again wonderful meal.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Whataburger? That was HORRIBLE. The burger was almost raw in the middle. The bun was stale. At least the fries were fresh (they better be, I waited 10 minutes fat the window and I was the only car in the lane). Not good, won't be back.

So we ordered 2 cheeseburgers, order of fries and an order of onion rings. The onion rings were very oily and pretty much uneatable. The fries were cold mushy. The burgers were pretty good along with everything else.

They didn’t toast my patty melt bread. Added extra sauce that wasn’t supposed to be on another sandwich. Didn’t put the extra sauces I paid for.
Good food good service. We had the old number 1 whatameal. Grilled onions sure were good. This location is consistently good for food and dining in. Still good on 2/27/2024.

Absolutely amazing place! Always super friendly staff willing to connect with customers all with fun, exciting, and interesting ways to interact with a customer, always having the best customer service in the town with amazing attention to detail. Store environment is amazing aswell! With a great selection of music playing and an inviting atmnosphere sure to make anyone feel right at home. Food is an absolute must try and it seems as though everything on their menu is amazing opportunity for people to explore different types and styles of what people would usually be accustomed to when it comes to fast food burgers. Always paying attention directly to the quality and craftsmanship of their end product and has been an amazing experience in every way each time I’ve stopped by, highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: Inviting environment for young children and families alike.

The service at THIS STORE is the WORSE I have ever received. Having to wait 11 minutes for a simple biscuit & gravy is RIDICULOUS especially being the ONLY CARat the drive through. ONCE receiving BAD SERVICE Is understandable . TWICE , well ….. okay . THIRED time , okay something is wrong. FOURTH time gets frustrating. F I F T H time , NOW it’s getting RIDICULOUS. I still don’t want to give up and just start taking my business ACROSS THE STREET to BRAUMS ! Evidently THIS STORE MANAGER is slacking on his job . I actually went inside to see if the service is better . The Manager is leaning back drinking coffee and laughing it up with employees. The REGION MANAGER should sneak through this drive through and see for himself, like Wal Mart does .

Waiting more then 20 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. Finally the cars move forward. Then I receive a bourbon burger and I get 2 slices of bacon on it yet the picture shows more pieces. But the have a right to charge you 12 bucks for one meal and slow service at the drive-thru. We are paying more and getting less food then advertised. This makes eating fast food almost extinct. I won't be going back to this whataburger again.
