We ordered using the mobile app. We were there 10 minutes before it said to be ready. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and coffee. While watching them prepare our coffee we saw them drop what they were doing to get the drive thru and then forget to stir our lattes. We have given grace since they moved buildings because we know they are locally owned and we absolutely loved their coffee when they were doing good. The service and coffee are now awful. We will not be returning and we will be sharing this experience with others to help them avoid the headache.

I have NEVER been treated so badly before! I ordered my “large” coffee drink and it was not made how I asked, and did not taste great at all. I very nicely went up and told them how I had ordered it and how it was not made that way. First I got an EYE ROLL, which I told the girl was very uncalled for when the drink was not made correctly. When I was told the drink was ready, I went to the counter to see a “small” cup not even 1/2 filled with coffee????? I asked what it was and I have NEVER encountered such rudeness…..her asking me over and over if I knew what I ordered etc….it was so pathetic. I just got angrier as she got more rude and continued to argue when I had asked to have my drink remade. I finally demanded my money back and said I would never be back…..I got “GOOD”. I cannot believe how workers get away with this. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN WILD HERO. I used to go there all the time when it first opened in the old Taco Bell building, NOT ANYMORE !

I love coming to the cafe during my lunch breaks. great atmosphere, wonderful staff, and good coffee. The paninis are great too, but i will say that the chipotle turkey panini is just a turkey panini. there’s the thinnest layer of some chipotle sauce on the bread, but i didn’t even realize it was there until i looked.

My mom and I come here frequently after school or on the weekends and every time they never fail to impress. Amazing local cafe. personally I would recommend the iced wild honey and cinnamon w/warm peanut putter cookie! a combo you wouldn't think would go together but does beautifully.
