I've been driving through Cordell about once a week the last couple of weeks And my new lunch spot is the bean and ladle! Best home cooked meals I've had! Their chicken and rice casserole is so creamy and so filling, atmosphere is homey and the service is outstanding! Everyone has been so accommodating to explain all their fun drinks and what's in them. My once a week stop through bean and ladle is my favorite day of the week!

I’ve followed Bean & Ladle for a year and finally got a chance to try it. The grazing boxes have so much packed inside and the salad bar was great. 10/10 recommend the pickle pasta salad. Now I’m just bummed I don’t live closer!

I have been to Bean & Ladle a hand full of times. All the coffee drinks i have had are perfect, not too sweet and very caffeinated. The salad bar is definitely the best around and my favorite place to go to get lunch. The ladies have always been very nice and helpful if needed.
They also offered to cater food for the girls basketball team this week and even delivered to our house! This fed about 30 people, the girls loved the two pastas, bread sticks and salad (with a massive tub of homemade ranch! My favorite!!!) that was delivered I greatly appreciated that. We will definitely be catering through them again! There is so many good businesses in Cordell that supports each other and gives back to their community.
I definitely recommend trying them out if you haven’t!
