This is the first time I've been here in about 2 years. If I go to a fast food place and have a bad experience. Or if it's dirty.I don't go back for a long time, but today was extremely different. My meal was nice. It was hot and the place was really clean. Thank you!😃

This place is pathetic. Walked in to place a take out order. The entire team was wearing different clothes. After 5 minutes a guy took our order, after which everyone left. Like everyone. They went out to take a smoke break leaving us in the store alone.
Was served old fries that tasted like crap.
I will literally never go back. This is quite literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.
The 5 stars are for Berry. He always gets my order right, and is very nice and has a smile on his face. He takes the extra time to make sure your order is correct and you get your sauces. I know if Berry Is working my order and experience will be great!

It seems all Arby's meat has hard pieces in them (what apprara to be bone), the quality of food is low end, and prices are high end for fast food . With that being said the fast food building inside seems clean and employees are friendly.
