When I got home and realized that half of my order was missing, I called and spoke with Anthony. He was so kind and apologetic. He said that with the prediction of snow, the market was crazy busy, but he was still sorry for the mess up. He said my order would be waiting when I come back to pick it up. He apologized, took accountability, gave reasoning, and made it right! Fantastic customer service!
One of our favorite parts of Oklahoma. Fast food, good but nothing special. We love the cheap but creamy ice cream! Almost docked a star for not keeping up cleaning tables when it gets busy.
The staff were ok. The burger buns are wet and soggy because they don’t dry the patty so all the juices leak onto the bun and make a wet soggy bun. Overall the ice cream was better than the store brands so the ice cream was a big plus I would recommend this store for just the ice cream
