I ordered a 12-piece family meal at 5:29 PM and did not receive my food until 6:30 PM. When I finally got my order, the chicken was only warm and the sides were cold. I asked if my food had been sitting out, and I was told it had not been there very long. I was told someone went out to bring me my food but saw me go back through the drive-thru and didn’t think to bring it to me there. As a result, I sat in the drive-thru for an additional 30 minutes. During the wait, I called the store 13 times and never received an answer. When I asked for a manager, I was given the store manager’s name and phone number, but no one answers that number either. No compensation was offered for the long wait or the poor food quality. The staff was clearly understaffed and overworked, and they were kind and apologetic, which I appreciate. However, the meal was not worth $50.

One star. Chicken is always cold and almost raw. You try calling and nobody answers the phone. I’ve given this location a few chances and the food is the same each time. Don’t recommend coming to this location unless you want food poisoning.

We spent $40 for our chicken bucket to look like this. All the chicken was falling apart and it was almost slimy feeling. Worst experience we’ve ever had here. We couldn’t even eat the chicken it was so awful.

Last week I ordered a family meal. Drove home. No biscuits! I ordered original and got extra crispy. I decided to remove the meat and make chicken salad. So tired of this place. Food is not that good. But in Newcastle we don't have many choices. It disappoints time after time.

Went back to restaurant after talking to their corporate offices about a food issue. Jeff in corporate, said the company wanted to rectify the issue and offered replacement of food or refund. I accepted a refund from the manager. I will return to that place of business as they rectified the issue.

this place is disgusting spent $60 on a meal got all the way home and it’s trash they won’t even answer the phone for em to make a complaint. my food was cold asf my biscuits hard as a mf and my chicken tenders were bone dry.
I have tried and tried the Newcastle store. Always “ out “ of stuff. If young kids don’t want to be “ customer friendly “ don’t work there. I just purchase a 5pc tenders meal. Tenders are small / no taste / could not get baked Mac “‘out”. I WILL DO MY DAMDEST NOT TO RETURN !

Sunday at noon and from the reviews I was leery to try. Wonderful service. Super friendly cashier. Customer in front of me, staff came out to share length of time to complete his order fresh. I placed a second order for cherry poppers, they announced length of time on something, cashier came out to update me. Best experience of ANY kfc in a long time. I trust the food is as tasty as I remember and if not I’ll be back to update this review.

did a doordash order and it was cancelled, which is whatever. however it took them an hour to finally decide to cancel the order. had a feeling i should’ve just cancelled myself but didn’t. call me spoiled but was a total waste of time that i could’ve used elsewhere.
