Luigis in New Castle has definitely had better days. Luigi’s had implemented a “bread stick” policy which consists of “two” breadsticks per person. You then pay a certain amount for how ever many you request after the initial “complementary two”. Today we received a basket of 3 breadsticks for the two of us…. Not really a big deal until we went to enjoy out “complementary “two per” that seemed as if they where in a chiller instead of a warmer. I requested we had fresh breadsticks as ours were cold to the touch. We received a new basket with “two” and only “two” breadsticks luckily they were fresh. Our food came shortly after the bread sticks which was decent. I’m usually not one to rate or comment of business but this establishment has great potential and was doing great in the Chickasha area upon its initial launch and now seems to have subpar service and food quality. I’d recommend thinking twice about spending a large sum or attending Luigi’s with a group of people before you experience it for yourself. My personal opinion is that I’d rather of drove another 15 minutes to olive garden for way better service, more food , better parking and all for way better bang for your buck !

I love this place! The atmosphere and music were very nice, our waiter was very nice, and the food was excellent!
I’ve been coming here for a while. The food is always great and they give you pretty big portions. The service is always just alright. Last time we came, we had 4 people eating and they brought us 3 breadsticks the entire time we were there. There’s been a weird smell in there lately as well.

We had a to go order and when I picked up I took food to car and saw they only gave us one salad when we ordered 2 salads so I had to go back in and get that and then when I arrived back home 20 mins away we realized they had not given the breadsticks that come with our meal or the extra breadsticks we ordered and paid for. In addition we had Chicken Alfredo which was very dry and hardly any sauce so it was it was very disappointing driving that distance for a less than mediocre meal…

Don’t bother coming here. We use to love it. Now you get 2 breadsticks per person. No more unlimited and the prices are high!!! You don’t get as much food either.
Got a to go order because I have a cold and didn't feel like cooking. The food was good but the order was unfortunately wrong on my husbands meal. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs but got no meatballs. He was pretty disappointed.

The waitress this afternoon was one of the rudest servers I have had in a long time. When asked for breadsticks she brought a small basket out with 4 breadsticks. One for each of us. When asked for more she stated “sorry, it’s one basket for each table”. Then proceeded to give the table next to us another basket full. When asked she denied she did it. She then proceeded to treat us poorly with no refills. The sauce was water downed and the Italian sausage was as tough as leather. This place used to be one of our go to places for a quick Italian type food. Save your money and your time. Go to fazolis and have better food with better service.
