First and foremost, I would like to give a shoutout to Eddie for having the best customer service. It’s almost midnight and we didn’t realize this location closed AT midnight. He called me letting me know he didn’t have a delivery driver but that he would personally deliver it to me after he closed! We ended up finding a solution. Regardless, I will order from this location again and again! No attitude over the accidental last minute order and wanted to make sure his customer was happy. Not to mention the food is always great. This is truly what business is about.

Drove up and the only dude that was working was smoking a cigarette right out side the door. I asked him if he was the only one and he just glared at me. I turned and walked away. With that attitude and disgusting behavior I will not go or eat anything from there.

On 11/26/2024 I ordered a pizza for delivery. Did not receive 2 garlic cups nor did I receive 2 plates or napkins. The delivery person had to acquire the cutlery from our motel breakfast area. Pizza was awesome. But it’s the small details that make the delivery experience a 5 stars.

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. The so-called manager Eddie is extremely rude and unprofessional. We ordered pizza well over an hour and a half ago and have the tracking that shows where it is and it’s never shown up. When we call in and say we want to cancel our order and be refunded, Eddie, “the manager” refused and hung up on me. It is absolutely unprofessional to refuse to refund someone when you have not provided the service that you were supposed to provide in the timeframe that you were supposed to provide it. In addition, talking down, being rude and refusing to do anything to remedy the issue is not good customer service. I would absolutely NEVER purchase anything from this store again especially if Eddie, the so-called store manager, is still employed there. Absolute horrid customer service.
