Pizza is usually cooked well. Fast delivery and pickup. We haven’t had any major issues with this location. Tried the cinnamon dessert and paid for icing on the side. The cup was basically empty. For $0.79 at least fill the cup up! The cinnamon pull apart wasn’t edible because it was so dry and needed lots of icing.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was called by the store, after an hour, asking me if my pizza was delivered and seconds later they told my pizza was in the oven. I was then called by the driver an older gentleman who was lost. I called the manager and hung up when I saw I car drive by my house. I then called the manger back and was treated very rudely. I then called corporate to complain and I will not get my money back for another 5 days. I have ordered from this location numerous times and this was the worst experience with papa Johns I have ever had.

Was called, after an hour, by PJ asking if my pizza was delivered and seconds later they told me my pizza was in the oven. then called by the driver 30 minutes later saying he was lost. then called manger and hung up when a car drove by. watched the driver drive to dead end sit there and turn around passing my house a second time. called the manager back and was treated very rudely and asked for a refund. then called corporate to complain about Dave and they told me I would get a refund in 5 days. stay away from this establishment unless you want to be treated with disrespect, lied to, and made to wait for cold pizza that is spit on.

When you call the store (select option 5 in the automated system to be sent directly to the location and not the call center) they are always helpful and attentive to your order. They’ve never gotten an order wrong and my items have always been ready in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend this Newcastle location.

Very dissapointed by the product. I ordered a pizza with original crust but instead I got thin. Although that doesn't seem important, the result was a hard, dry crust with minimal fluff. For this price I expect better. The employees were very nice though. Honestly the main reason I didnt call and complain was because I didnt want to bother them while they were likely busy with other orders

We had takeout on Thursday and it was okay. On Friday night Sharon rocked it!!!!! The best pizza and cheese sticks and papadillas. She hooked it up. Will go back. Quality is amazing. She is better than the guy on Thursday. Sorry. But true.

GREAT SCOTT.Why oh why, dear God, have I been forsaken by mediocre pizza! It seems to be that hardly anybody around here knows how to make pizza.I got a pizza here and was immediately put off by the lack of garlic butter on my crust. I screamed with rage and didn’t even allow Mr. Fizzles (my chihuahua) to eat it.I almost came back to give these heathens a piece of my mind, but Mr. Fizzles told me not to. “Let God handle it” he said, and I will.

Hey Papa John's, for a pizza "delivery" business that has been unable to locate my house 3 times in the last year or the driver shows up well over an hour later (3x what was estimated on your tracker app, how much longer can you expect to get any positive word of mouth, referrals, or grow your business in this community? How much longer can this franchise expect to thrive once we get a competitor's franchise that can actually deliver pizzas? Just kidding, those are rhetorical questions............ We order from your business due to a lack of delivery options, not because of your exceptional customer support. Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Lyft, Uber all have figured out how to navigate to my house using google maps----for years now!!! Keep deleting my post. I'm Hangry and bored and will keep reposting.
