Friday night, tired old kids hungry ordered a few pizzas.
Told initial time would be 650pm delivery, then bumped to 715pm, still no biggie I’m happy I don’t gotta drive and grab still. 800pm rolls by I get message door dash my order was just being picked up. Let the dasher know I moved on and got the fam dinner elsewhere at 720.
Dasher let me know my pizza was cold when grabbed also and I appreciate being told that.
DoorDash proceeds to call and ask if I canceled my order. No I didn’t I was left in space for over 40 minutes an order I placed almost two hours ago.
Long story short, get pizza at little ceasers.

My experience here was horrible! I called ahead my order at 545 pm I arrive 30 minutes later to pick up my pizza! I waited in the store for 30 minutes before a rude employee informs me that my pizza was going into the oven at 7 o’clock! I waited another 15 minutes went back and they shoved the pizza in my hand very rude and disrespectful

It is hit & miss with the Newcastle Pizza Hut, but more often, it is a miss. We always order extra cheese & extra sauce on a large thin crust pepperoni & the big box deal with a deep dish pepperoni and no extra cheese or sauce. Often, the deep dish pizza has noticeably more gooey cheese & sauce than the one we ordered with extra cheese & sauce. We pay an additional $2.99 for extra cheese & sometimes there is obviously less cheese on the thin crust ordered with extra cheese than the big box of a deep dish ordered with no extra cheese. The restaurant also tends to run out of cheese sticks/bread sticks by 7:30pm-8:00pm. The drive-through staff is usually not very friendly, and only ask the name on order, then hand you the slip to sign without saying a word. When they give you your order, they will literally make it difficult because they ask for the signed slip while at the same time trying to hand you the order. I love sauce and always order 5 sides of red sauce. Approximately 70% of the time, the staff forgets to give us the extra sides of red sauce we ordered at 75 cents each x 5. When I remind them, they appear frustrated & then pull the receipt back ip to verify the order. After confirming we did pay for extra sides of sauce, they often ask me to check again while they watch to validate that the sauce is missing. It is bad enough Pizza Hut charges for a small container of sauce & even $1.00 for red pepper. I do prefer pizza hut pizza over the other pizza places, with the exception of "Hideaway Pizza." This is only when the pizza is prepared correctly. Bread sticks have plenty of seasoning, etc. When they get it wrong, I would prefer Little Caesers & spend $24 versus $53 at Pizza Hut. Again, Pizza Hut does get it perfect sometimes, but that is only about 30% of the time. It's most likely not anyone's favorite job in the world & I get it. Pizza Hut, please just try better.
Also, who else would absolutely love it if Hideaway Pizza would come to Newcastle!!!! We have been the fastest growing city in Oklahoma for the past 3 consecutive years! #HideawayPizza
I called ahead to order and got put on hold and they never got back to me. I arrived 5 minutes later. I asked the person there why they left me on hold and she apologized and I saw quite a few people come in right after me plus the dining area was pretty full. I ordered 3 pizzas and she reduced the price considerably. She was very nice. The pizza was very hot and very good.

No sit-down Pac-Man tables, nary a Personal Pan Pizza in sight. The magic mozzarella has been replaced, but at least it covers the shame of ketchup and garlic powder smeared atop a sullen saltine cracker.
Truly: a rough beast is slouching toward Bethlehem, the center cannot hold.

This is our only option in our town otherwise I would never order from here. We've actually never had a correct order delivered and sometimes they just cancel your order. If we had more than two options I would get us anything else.

pizza hut in Newcastle OK 73065 is the most amazing and prompt pizza delivery service anywhere it the state of Oklahoma!!!!!
Ordered thin crust pizzas, got thick or hand tossed. Got exactly 4 pieces of pepperoni on pepperoni pizza. 3 little pieces of mushrooms and 3 little pieces of gr pepper. Ordered extra sauce on pizzas and sauce added for the melt...didn't get any. App platform hard to navigate. They did give our dogs treats. This was a drive thru order and was ready quickly. We won't be back to this PH.

We ordered a big New Yorker. We ordered extra cheese. The pizza came out very sub par. Maybe this is what the pizza is supposed to be. We definitely did not see any extra cheese. The cost of the pizza was $21. We could’ve ordered from several other places received a much better pizza for a lower price.
