This is our only option in our town otherwise I would never order from here. We've actually never had a correct order delivered and sometimes they just cancel your order. If we had more than two options I would get us anything else.

Ordered thin crust pizzas, got thick or hand tossed. Got exactly 4 pieces of pepperoni on pepperoni pizza. 3 little pieces of mushrooms and 3 little pieces of gr pepper. Ordered extra sauce on pizzas and sauce added for the melt...didn't get any. App platform hard to navigate. They did give our dogs treats. This was a drive thru order and was ready quickly. We won't be back to this PH.

We ordered a big New Yorker. We ordered extra cheese. The pizza came out very sub par. Maybe this is what the pizza is supposed to be. We definitely did not see any extra cheese. The cost of the pizza was $21. We could’ve ordered from several other places received a much better pizza for a lower price.

Do not order delivery from here. Your food will sit for over an hour while they try to find an Uber to deliver and charge you for old cold pizza. Also, when/if you get ahold of someone who is very rude to you just to hang up on you. A curtisy call or text would be great full. We have given this place multiple chances.

For only having one employee working, Jen was amazing. She was so friendly and running to help everyone at the window and inside. The pizza was better than I’ve had at other pizza huts also.

They forgot to give my driver the root beer which he now has to go back up there to get on top of me asking them to cut the pizza into squares and this is how it came

Not nearly as bad as the Little Sissy’s up the way, but the dough is obviously overproofed every time I eat here.In my 87 storied years on this earth, I have come across few pizza places that cater to a pizza palate as sophisticated as mine, and this shop is not one of them.They don’t even add anything to the crust, other than an abhorrent, disgusting amount of cheese for the stuffed crust pizzas.

San makes everything at the Newcastle pizza hut a pleasure. I believe he has some type of management position. He greets everyone with welcoming energy. He treats all the people working with him very well and gives them all encouragement. When he is working everything is up beat and moving along. Pizza Hut you have a golden nugget working for you.
