Horrible food. Forgot that we even had a mobile order and then the ginger would even recognize us as we tries to check on the order. Food was cold. Thanks for a wasted 30 mins. Good job Sonic.

The footlong coney seemed off. The cheese wasn't melted, and the chili tasted different, not in a good way. The tots were super salty, I like a good salted potato, but dang. The 1/4 lb burger tasted as it should have. I placed a mobile order and waited almost 20 mins. You can do better, hopefully next time.

Very disappointed! Oh manager Johnathan who claims to be the Owner said the kids working in the kitchen is the reason our food that cane out burnt and cold. ... Shame on him. He is the manager/owner and is responsible for all orders that go out. Then he sd we can come back for replacement and so we thought we would give it another try and he was the rudest and told us he didn't have to replace anything and that we could just leave. What has customer service come to really? I just don't understand these people running our town businesses.

This is my Sonic, never really have any issues. This last visit they went a little heavy on the mustard. Such a strong flavor, I wouldn't have minded heavy ketchup by accident. We all have our off days, just careful on the mustard, the app keeps trying to make me go to the Tuttle one.

I’ve always had great experiences here. The food is always fresh and the service is very polite and efficient. If I stop here it is usually in the mornings. The staff at that time of day has always been great.

The popcorn chicken was mostly crumbs I paid like 10 bucks for a LG meal and at least a quarter of it was crumbs and my drink was med even tho I ordered a LG. I gave 3 stars cause my kids said their food was good. I love sonic and have not complained about the food or service before today. Always check your food before you drive off.

It seems that this Sonic has a history of of doing things wrong. I just left this sonic this morning and looks like old cheese on my breakfast sandwich which I will be returning as soon I get off work. I don’t understand how anyone could serve old food to anyone who spends their hard earned money to do business with them to stay open. First time in Tri City for work and will be the last time to go to this Sonic for food. Food gets a zero star for me it just turn my stomach all the way.

We went to the Sonic in Tri-City for drinks at 10am thinking we would get them for .99 cents, but they tried to charge over $10. I tried to explain that Sonic offers .99 cent drinks before 11 am, but the carhop who had attitude said "no that's before 9am." I pulled it up on my phone to show her, and she grabbed the drinks from me, and said "I'll just cancel the order" so I hit the red button to tell them how she was wrong in her argument and suddenly the rude manager showed up at my car saying " what's the problem?" I expressed to him that drinks are .99 cents at every other sonic I go to on a daily basis. He starts grilling me on which sonics I go to, and saying they stopped that in August, and how the sonics I go to are in a different franchise. I let him know he lost my business but he didn't seem to care. So he would rather throw away 3 drinks then be a good manager, and say hey I understand that you thought it was every sonic, but we don't actually honor that discount, but I will go ahead and give it to you today for that price. That would have gave him a return customer, but nope instead he lost me and my family who order sonic almost daily. Blanchard sure would have done something to accommodate me, because I've seen them do it and Purcell Sonic as well. So disappointed in this sonic, and the level of bad attitude from everyone was disgusting. I'm not sure how anyone would ever want to come to this sonic!

Went there today and it took 10 mins to get 2 lrg tea's that was ordered off the app we pushed the button and asked where it was they had forgotten about us
