I stopped in to get something to eat I asked for a meal on the KFC side that the young lady say they no longer do. When I pulled up to the window they had a sign offering the same meal that I was asking for. I would not recommend this store. Choose a location before you get to New Castle or choose something else in Newcastle to eat.

Food was cold, old, stale, put sour cream on my nachos DELIBERATELY AFTER I said not to. Also, they gave my husband brown gravy instead of white gravy. What KFC doesn’t have WHITE GRAVY?!?!?!??!?! ALSO restaurant was very gross inside. Looks like a dump. Workers were nice enough. I hope I don’t get food poisoning later. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

My food was cold, the chicken, and the wedges, another thing... Y'all had a promotional sign up in the front that expired, so when the customer before tried to order from it not knowing he was denied the combo because of it, and y'all didn't take the sign down. That wasn't cool at all ...

Walked in and all we seen was filth; dead insects, spider webs, and trash all over the place. Tables were so sticky and hardly any clean table to sit at. Floors were sticky. Huge mess at the drinks station. The food was ok I guess.

Every time I visit this Fast food place everybody there is extremely rude. They never get my food right I’m always pulled to the front and I usually order a lot so that’s very understandable but the service is trash. They’re not in a hurry. They all seem very unhappy with their job and they’re always out of stock on something

By far the worst Taco Bell I've been to. Sticky rug at front door, sticky floors of course. 75% of tables & chairs are dirty. They just opened not 30 minutes ago. Taco shell was stale. Sweet tea is old tasting. 3 different drinks are empty. We were not the only customers to get diff drinks. Lazy employees. We will not be back.

Not as good as it once was long wait times and got my order wrong had to go inside and instantly regretted ordering here place was a mess all tables were dirty and looks like that haven't cleaned the cooking area all day needs work on cleanliness for sure

Everytime they always forget something especially when it’s apart of the meal too. And it’s very inconvenient whenever I live on the other side of town to go back and get it fixed. Just remember!
