I always order the same thing because of food allergies. This last time, I told them of my allergies, and they went out of their way to use clean utensils to prepare my food! A++ i was in shock, so I forgot to tip. So here is your tip mr mustache drivethru guy!

Tried this place for the first time today. Had the small pepperoni calzone and the Italian sub sandwich, both were awful. Prices were not commensurate with the low quality of food they serve. They request you to tip when you order, but don't provide any service. The young woman at the register was curt and rude, acted as if I was somehow disturbing her by ordering food. No thanks. Won't be dining here again.

Door was locked when I went to get pizza so waited in the drive thru. Price was $2 higher than if I ordered online. Seems very expensive for average pizza- don’t live one Newcastle but will choose another option nect time.

I'm new to the area, and it took me some time to try this place out. Had a huge menu and very surprised to see they have a pizza buffet. This included salad and dessert pizzas. Very good and reasonably priced. Diffently plan on going back. Good job Pizza Shop!

I dont normally like to complain, but feel like I need to now. The first time we had Pizza Shop after moving to Newcastle we order a pizza and a calzone. We ordered an all meat calzone, but received a supreme calzone. The food was good, didnt want to complain because things happen.
We ordered pizza tonight to pick up after work, once again - tastes great, just made wrong. We ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was supposed to be a stuffed crust BBQ chicken pizza. We received a buffalo chicken pizza instead. Our order was ready off correctly when we picked it up, so didnt think anything of it. Once we got home and started eating we realized it was wrong. Again, the food was good - just would like to have our order correct.
If we didnt have this issue, I would rate 5 stars. Because of this issue happening again im only giving 3.

Random drive through foot a quick bite with Grandma. The pizza is DELICIOUS. We did a half margherita, half chicken BBQ with stuffed crust. We both used the restroom and it was very clean.

It was 56* in the Newcastle, Oklahoma store today. Everyone was shivering. They were out of pop, cup lids, salad bar was missing things, the silverware was put out for us wet. They had less than 1/2 the business as usual. No wonder. I heard from another customer that the heat has been down for 2 weeks and when she inquired to an employee last week she was told that the owner was informed and the employees were told not to touch anything. It’s awful to make people not only work but to also dine in these conditions. Put a sign on the door that the heat is out to atleast give people the option to choose if they want freeze while eating. We didn’t realize it until we had paid for our food (party of 6). Please remedy this issue because this is our favorite pizza. We don’t want to get pneumonia while trying to eat.
The pizza, especially the dessert pizza was very good! We bought the lunch buffet but I couldn't bring myself to eat anything from the salad bar because the restaurant was so dirty inside. The people working were very nice and I did see one worker cleaning up towards the end of our meal. I'm assuming they were just short-staffed but I not sure I would ever eat inside the restaurant again due to the lack of cleanliness.

Pizza, Pizza. (Don’t go across the street, check out this joint instead - they also have a drive-thru). For some odd reason it had been exactly one year to the day since last trying their pizza. This isn’t a slight on The Pizza Shop but I quite literally forgot to remember them. I’m glad I decided to take them for another spin. Ordering via the Slice app was a breeze and setting up delivery took minimal effort (this isn’t a paid testimonial, yet *wink, wink*). Cheeseburger Pizza - Surprisingly better than I expected. Supreme Calzone - The first calzone I’ve ever had not dripping grease. Affordable, fast and tasty pizza just around the corner. Try it, you’ll thank me later.
