Reviewing the last three experiences I have had with The Pizza Shop.

1. I called in to order a pizza. Was immediately placed on hold by a male. Waited on hold for 6 minutes. Hung up and called back. The female who answered stated that the male who answered had gone off shift and had not said anyone was on hold.

2. Ordered a supreme pizza with no green pepper to go. I’m allergic to peppers. Got home. Guess what is covering my pizza? Green pepper. Fed the pizza to my pigs and ordered dominos.

3. My husband goes in and orders a supreme pizza again with no green peppers. When they bring it to the counter he opens the box and it is COVERED with green peppers. They have to remake the pizza. He makes the mistake of not checking. Gets home. Guess what? GREEN PEPPERS. He called in and the offer to remake it. We live 20 minutes away so we have a “free” pizza and the owner was supposed to call us but never did. He ate pizza and I had a pb&j.

Personally I won’t order from them again because I can’t trust them with my health. I’ll stick with Dominoes because they get my order right.

Had normal saturday pizza and calzone and salad from calling in was 2 new people had not seen before pizza and calzone and salad was by far the worst have ever gotten from them. Usually top notch but very disappointing

Asked for ranch and got marinara. I’m very understanding when workers make mistakes so I asked nicely if I could get ranch. I believe it’s the daughter of management who served me and she was extremely rude and cussed me out. She was cussing at multiple customers and gave attitude. I believe her name is Cambry? I would not recommend this place because the management does not care about how rude the workers are. 0/10 experience.

Lunch buffet/salad bar every day and dinner buffet on Tuesday nights only, 5pm to 9pm. Adults are $9.99, children are $5.50, and 3 and under are free.

They have great food that's always fresh! And they have the Good Ranch, FYI.

I usually really like going here. We have ordered out several times and gone in for the buffet as well. The pizza is very good and the service is usually ok. This day they ran out of the large boxes for the really big, long pizzas and had driven to another store to get some. It took an hour and a half to get our pizza. I still wouldn't have given them a poor rating except that they didn't ask if we still wanted them or offer a discount or a coupon for next time...nothing. I normally don't ask but this was extreme so I asked if we could get a discount or something. The response was no because it wasn't their fault. Well, 👍. So I paid my $80+ and took my pizza home to about 15 really hungry people. Don't worry, they all survived. Even the teens. 😜

Went to eat today for lunch. Usually their pizza is good and the staff is nice but not today. Today the dining room was cold (temp set to 61!) and there was no dessert!The lady with dark hair and glasses was asked about dessert and she rudely said that they were too busy with a large order and there would not be any time or room in the oven to make dessert and then rudely said, sorry. For this to happen on Sunday is unacceptable!! You need to be on top of the salad bar and desserts made…orders or not. The store customers were here before the order. Shame on you, we paid for the buffet which includes dessert. It’s cold in here. We are paying customers. We deserved to get what we paid for!!

food is good service bad there estimated time of pickup is all over the place they have a system after you order estimating your actual pickup time said 1.35 which was about half way between the 15 and 30 min initial estimate i get there and half to wait another 30 plus mins and this happen about a month before i also saw another person come through and was still waiting so the eta is at worst than horrible and just needs to be removed completely.

After a poor experience in Tuttle (unsure if that store is affiliated), I had ignored even trying the Tr-City location for the past 2 years. This was a mistake.
WOW! I'd heard locals joke about The Godfather feeding an army, and I was surprised it took up about half of the back seat of my mid-sized SUV. But the sheer size of this pizza doesn't truly hit until you take a serving from it and notice that barely any is missing. For all that size, nothing is lost in the flavor, and boy is there good flavor. One can taste the crust to the toppings and everything in between. This was the best pizza I've had from Mustang to Blanchard. Reheated in the oven the next day is even better. I'll absolutely be ordering again, but maybe a more appropriate size for a single man!

The Pizza Shop in Newcastle is really a hit or miss. I have enjoyed pizza from here in the past, but as a customer who comes into this establishment fairly often, they seem to be going downhill which is unfortunate.
They have “roasted garlic” as an option for a topping on their pizzas, but haven’t been able to fulfill the request for the last few times I’ve tried to order.

My most recent visit, I came in and the man at the counter clearly didn’t know how to use the POS system and then proceeded to snap at the other very young girl who was working the drive through window because she didn’t “explain” to him how to do it… Perhaps he was new or BOH or something, but the interaction was very strange.
Hopefully they get it together.

A friend of mine bought us pizza from your place and I would have to say that it was without a doubt absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had In my 54 years on this planet. Do yourself a favor and just go to little Caesars

Waited 2 hours for pizza then found out a hour and a half mark they delivered to the wrong house. Went to pick it up and had it remade with zero credits or refund option. Pizza heating bags were on the floor. Kitchen staff was drinking uncovered soda from a can.

I ordered a pizza through the pizza shop's website. During the order process, the site indicated a 15-30 minute pickup time. Seconds after I finalize the order, I get a text saying oh sorry, its gonna be 2 hours before your pizza is ready. So I call the customer service number in the text, which turns out to be a third party who says they cant issue the refund without contacting the pizza shop. Who is not answering their phone, which is why I ordered online in the first place. So no refund. So I drive to the pizza shop, stand in line, talk to a clearly overwhelmed counter clerk who has no idea how to accomplish a refund. Took a good 15 minutes to finally get a refund, so now I'm into this debacle by a good 45 minutes and still no pizza. So I called Pizza Hut, who had a pizza ready to pick up in about 10 minutes, at half the price. Bye-bye Pizza Shop.

Cheeseburger Pizza - pretty good but a little heavy on the mustard.
Calzone - well, this looks like a Stromboli to me. Fresh ingredients, but had no seasoning / flavor.

Small local chain that makes really good pizza. Been getting this pizza since about 2019. There was a rumor amongst the Chickasaw community that this place was going out because of COVID and i was glad it did not.

Buffet is also worth it!! Especially if you want to just try it out for the first time and get to taste a few different pies.
