Lots of new games.

My family and I drove from Clarksville tn , we had a great time . We really loved this hotel . Breakfast was 7/10 customer service 10/10 . When we got there some people said racial slurs and were immediately removed . My kids loved it . We will definitely come back again . Highly recommend. Casino my parents won $ so it was amazing. Only weird thing was teenagers playing in casino. But overall 10/10 .

My first and only time here.

Staff are very nice, rooms are nice but can be dirty at times. EVERYWHERE smells like cigarettes. Decent food..But A GREAT TIME FOR A FAMILY Getaway! And I also had great luck/time at Casino

Good times the people were really nice and helpful

We were here for a concert and stayed two nights. The first room they gave us was not clean and we could not shut the water off in the bathroom. We went back to the front desk. They were out of rooms so they upgraded us to a suite. The suite was just okay. The bathrooms were not very clean, and one of the air conditioners was making a loud noise. We were able to shut that air conditioner off and did fine. We had to wipe down the bathrooms ourselves before we used them. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a good weekend, but very disappointed in the cleanliness and lack of maintenance.

Good place to pass through time

I stayed on Sunday april 19 and on Monday. since Monday there was a problem because the black girl who is at reception treated me very badly with a bad attitude and rude, I asked her to extend one more day, on Sunday I asked and they told me you only have to come before 11 to extend, on Monday was a day of chaos three times I had to change my key because I don't know why I left my room and then I couldn't get back in, the super rude girl was both days in the morning I tried to look for a manager but only she was at reception, literally three times I stayed outside without being able to enter my room, terrible service, instead of resting I just came to have a bad experience! I’m leaving the room right now and they told me that they had the buffet until 10:30 am so today I tried to go, it was no longer there, they removed it from 10, and oh surprise again I couldn't get into my room. I had to go with that black girl to treat me badly again so she could give me another key and come in, they shouldn't have people attending who don't serve customers well! It definitely doesn't make you want to go back to the hotel or the casino!

I did not win anything but I had a good time and I felt very safe and secure in this place even when going in and out of the motel room late at night as well

Such a fun place to go for adults and children if you have children they have the casino for the adults and the water park for the children or the entire family the rooms are nice and spacious very clean the service is wonderful have a continental breakfast it's just a nice place to go for a weekend or overnight or any amount of time that you choose

They should close the Gasino barely got people in it and the worst machine, played $1200 with very rare red spin and if does it gives shitty pay, no more benefit of doubt never coming back

Great place to Gamble. Amazing food. Swimming not so great my kids loves going swimming dont get me wrong but when they started swimming my Grand daughter got a red eye her eye was swelling up not real bad but bad where it was close to shutting she stayed up half the night because of it burning. I thought that was the only thing but I am warning if you have thick hair I would really really deep condition it both of my Granddaughters took 2 hours trying to attempt to get all that dang clorean out of there hair and they kept mentioning how they smelled like clorean.even out of the shower... othere than that amazing place to go🤍

We had dirty diapers in our room and the chlorine was so bad we couldn’t stay more then an hour and our eyes were burning so bad it gave us a headache.
