We went on a Saturday night for prime rib night. The food was as expected for a buffet at a casino. However, Elizabeth at the meat carving station was amazing. She was very polite, personable, very chipper, and always smiling! Out waitress was great as well but ELIZABETH made my experience the 5 star experience.

Good food & service
Won’t be back. The rooms are SO smoky, it’s disgusting. The hotel and casino (although far away from each other) are clearly on the same ventilation system and you can barely breathe. They also let guests smoke in the rooms which leaches through the walls. For being advertised as family friendly, smoky rooms are unacceptable. The train goes by at all hours blasting its horn. Literally the worst night. We will stay in Ponca next time. The pool water is freezing. My kids wouldn’t swim. Waste of $250.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The water park was just the right size! Not too big, with something for all ages. Lots of lifeguards always available. There were 13 in our party and we all had a great time. From toddlers and teens to adults. Highly recommend!
The older lady with the blonde short hair was super rude when greeting us and sitting us down.
We called to reserve a room 2 hours before we got there. Once we got here they could not find our reservation. Price was different in person $410 then I was told on the phone. Room was clean other then cereal and fork under the couch. We moved couch to make more room. Had room with bunks. No door or curtains to bunk room. Pillows are huge and not comfortable. Slept without Pillows. Dinner options were terrible a small buffets prime rib. Not going to pay 23 bucks a person for dry out food. The other option was in the casino grill were there was cigarettes smoke where you sat. So had to go somewhere else for food. Grandkids had a blast at water park. No towels. Had to go to room wet and cold. Breakfast was awful and Breakfast lady was rude. Told me to "hold the gravey spoon" for her. No please or anything so she can pour more gravy in the pan. Then walked away. I told her "your welcome " I got a dirty look. Food was worse then school lunches. My Grandkids wouldn't eat it. Check out is 11am or you get charged extra. But water park not open till 12pm. So had to wait and hour in lobby so the Grandkids can play.
Upon initial check-in we got our keys for our bunk bed room and when we opened our door saw that there were clothes on the floor, bags in the room ….it was obviously occupied. Went back to check-in desk and received keys to a new room - not currently occupied. The adults took turns going to the casino and the kids hung out in the room. Casino was fine. Drinks were expensive considering you couldn’t taste any alcohol.
The hote front desk staff (assistant manager) was very unfriendly and hateful. We were in two rooms that were each supposed to sleep 3 adults. There was 1 king bed. When we inquired we were told we could sleep people on the floor if we wanted, but a king bed is big enough for 3. REALLY?!! No fridge or microwave provided. We met Chuck, a supervisor over the cleaning staff. He was great. He managed to get us a rollaway bed. Although the website indicated 'they offer a 20% discount for disabled veterans, we were not given the discount because the rooms were already discounted for the spring break special. The kids did enjoy the Waterpark, but we will most likely not be back. Stay at your own risk.
There isn’t a single restaurant open in the hotel for families- they do allow children to walk across the entire smoke filled casino to the sports grill, yet the parents are NOT allowed to order an alcoholic beverage to take to the hotel side/arcade. It seems like unrealistic expectations to offer a family friendly water park then not offer a restaurant and bar in the hotel. While leaving the only restaurant that’s located inside the casino, I ordered one alcoholic beverage from the bar to take to the hotel side and it was like the Gestapo was on me. Two guards cornered me and my children and followed us out the casino and forced me to throw out my $10 drink ( would’ve been helpful if the bartender had told me I couldn’t take it out of the casino and that the kids couldn’t even wait in the hotel hallway with me to finish it. I don’t understand why the hotel doesn’t not have a family friendly restaurant/bar.
Food was so gross not worth the money.

We stayed two nights at the 7 Clans Resort Hotel to do some gambling. Was a Wednesday and Thursday night. The rooms are clean BUT we had two issues with the room: - the fire sensor in the ceiling had a bad battery so it started BEEPING loudly. Called the front desk. Since maintenance had gone home already, the clerk showed up with a small step ladder. She was not a tall person. I had to get up and pull the fire sensor off the tall ceiling. Come to find out the sensor was not wired to the fire network. So if there was a fire the hotel would not be notified. The wires were pushed up inside the ceiling. Wonder how many other rooms have that safety issue? - Thursday afternoon we noticed the carpet under the room HVAC unit was very wet. Called maintenance. He said it was caused by a buildup of condensation. Strange statement since we were using heat not A/C as the outside temps were fairly cool (low 40’s). Hmmmm., , The day after we arrived back home I noticed an extra charge on my credit card attached to my room charges. It was $100.00 more than the printed receipt I have. Called the hotel. They said it was for incidentals. Not true since an additional $100.00 had already been charged when we checked in three days earlier. They promised a return call to sort that out. I have still not received the call back. Will probably have to use the credit card company to dispute the charges. Usually works. My suggestion: if you want to gamble at the 7 Clans Casino, stay in Ponca City, OK. It is about 15 miles away and there are many lodging options there - all the standard places you would expect. Nuff said.
Waited over 30 minutes for no service. Not even waiter or water. Happy Valentine's to us ?
They absolutely have to do better the food was HORRIBLE, chicken was under cooked pulled pork has my stomach hurting, brownies were hard as a rock absolutely the worst restaurant I've been to inside a casino I give them a negative 10 ⭐️ next time I'll go eat SUBWAY. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AN MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!
Casino is fun. The buffet joint is awful. Prime rib buffet $$$ no flavor the sides are thawed and heated up. Although rolls were kinda soft and the water was wet. The gaming was very fun lots of games and very friendly employees. The bar was good and made decently strong drinks.
Horrible food. We had the buffet. Wilted salad, cherry tomatoes could been used in a sling shot. Chicken tenders might have been lizard meat. Mashed taters were instant. How do you mess up can corn, green beans. But they did. On a side note their snack bar had above average
