Chicken Salad Chick

The restaurant is very clean and staff friendly. I love the wide selection of fresh chicken salad. My favorite thing about this restaurant is the carb and sugar count. They have multiple selections to choose from that are not filled with corn syrup and actually keep my Type 2 Diabetes in check. I love the fact I can get a second scoop as a side item. I do wish there was a location closer to my home, I can't take a star away for this particular reasoning. I like to swing by and grab a couple of containers to go. They keep a huge selection right by the cash register. Grab, pay, and be on your way in a snap. There prices have gone due to the outrageous price of chicken and eggs, but I still enjoy the food here. Rather you are watching sugar or not, you are sure to find a satisfying meal or treat at Chicken Salad Chick. Do check the days and hours of operation before heading to the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: There are many choices on the kid menu. The restaurant is super casual.

Parking: The parking lot is not large. Think carefully before pulling out to leave. We have had some close calls by drivers coming through quickly on the adjoining street leading out of the parking lot.

Dietary restrictions: I eat a ketogenic diet and find multiple options that are delicious and filling. This restaurant does have eggs and nuts in some dishes, so I recommend taking a close look online at their menu and nutritional information.

I LOVE Chicken Salad Chick! The food is absolutely DELICIOUS! I always have a great experience & the manager is always helpful! My favorites are the Jazzy Julie & Sassy Scotty! Oh & the cookies are so good!

Absolutely everything I wanted it to be and more. I heard about this place at first but didn’t realize they had so many different ways you could customize your chicken salad. I was craving a good old fashioned chicken salad sammy with cranberry and almonds, and their “Cranberry Kelli” really hit the spot. I am totally a fan of chicken salad with dill pickles too, so I’ll have to come back and try another one of their recipes next time. Did I mention they included one of their soft sugar cookies and a pickle with the sammy too? Mmmm- no regrets at all, and the perfect meal to curb your appetite on a hot summer’s day.

Love love this location! I’ve been to several and this is the best! Buck, the manager is such a sweet and accommodating guy! The food is amazing, but the employees make the atmosphere even better! Go try it! You won’t be disappointed.

The service was horrible. If your cashier can not ring people up or handle select functions of ringing someone up, then why are they working the register? I’ve driven by this location daily for about 3 weeks because you never look open, I’ve never stopped in, and I’ve wanted too. Something as simple as someone parking there car in front or a lighted open sign goes the distance. If your cashier can’t do something as basic as asking a person if they want a drink, why have them there ? The food was good but in all reality some decent service goes much further.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of chicken salad options available. You can choose from traditional, savory, fruity and nutty, or spicy. I got the Jalapeño Holly as a sandwich and had it toasted. I will most definitely go back and hopefully will keep trying new and different menu items-and not stick with the same thing every single time! Highly recommend!

I love my job. Our Salted caramel cheesecake is delicious. And one of my favorites sandwich is the Turkey pesto sandwich.

Late lunch Monday after 2pm. Place was empty, no unsweetened tea, no paper towels in restroom but chix salad BLT was good as always.

Nice clean place and friendly staff. The food was good and freshly prepared. It was a good experience.

Some of these salads are actually low carb and I keto certify them. Really great vibes here. Awesome place for lunch.

I work in a hospital and my whole office orders lunch frequently from this location. I placed a large order today and it was missing almost half of the items; no big deal- we are all human. I called and spoke with the manager, Buck. He instructed me to reorder; when I asked about the delivery fee again he stated "sorry, I don't know what to tell you". He told me not to re-order the chips or cup of soup that came with the trio and he would put them in the bag. Paid a second delivery fee and still didn't deliver everything that was ordered, again! Buck asked me to file a complaint with DoorDash regarding the second delivery fee and when I let him know it is his fault, not the delivery service he continued to tell me "I don't know what to tell you". Terrible service and even worse customer service. When I asked to speak to the manager he stated "I am the manager at all locations and not sure how to help you". I love the food but I am not going to throw money away on multiple delivery fees and food I don't ever get!

Absolutely rudest customer service ever! We called in an order, almost half the order was missing, when we called to get it fixed, they were so very rude on the phone! Unable to help make the situation right, without us paying additional delivery fees and/or paying additional funds to fix the items that were missing from a meal! We understood the situation was out of their control, however we ordered directly from them, and the way it was handled was unacceptable!Edit to say, even after getting a refund, and reordering, paying an additional delivery fee, they still got the 2nd order wrong!

Absolutely awesome, the chicken salad sandwich was really good and i got a lot of food for the price.I didn't like the soup as much, but I'm pretty sure the sub-freezing weather and driving time was to blame there. I'd absolutely come back and get the Chick again, cause that's a great meal deal.

Service was great. I had the Cranberry Kelly. Flavors were good. The only things that would have made it better is a little more moisture in the chicken salad, a little more of the cranberries and maybe some celery or something. JMO Someone else probably likes it the way it is. I will be back to try some of the other flavors.
