It was great as usual, made a reservation last minute for 9:45 slot was open...got to the restaurant and by their looks and actions, I don't think they were too happy about it. We had a nice quick dinner and I would say they “recovered” but if you don't want to serve people at 9:45 don't have the reservation slot available on OT. And if you do, be happy people are coming and having dinner, even if it is late. As in every time we eat there (and it is often),...

The hardest thing about brunch at The Hutch is trying to decide which item to order! The Western omelet was delicious! And the fried chicken included with the chicken and waffle is crispy and moist. The service is always great and we enjoy sitting at the bar with Zach.

This place feels kind of tucked away, but inside it’s got that clean, warm bistro vibe — not fancy-fancy, just smooth. I ordered the steak frites and a side of roasted Brussels. Steak was cooked medium rare just like I asked (finally), and the fries were crispy, not soggy. Brussels had a balsamic glaze that kinda stole the show tbh. Our server was cool, didn’t hover, and knew the wine list like a pro))
