I’ve been eating simple simon’s since I was a child. the alpine sauce is just so good and it’s my favorite thing about Simple Simon’s. i’d go else where w/o it, bc quite honestly it does feel expensive too. however, EVERY TIME i order from this location specifically. something about my order is just not right. i usually use the delivery service, but now i don’t even wanna do that. my sauces are always forgotten but i’m charged for any extra sauce. i’m sure glad you guys can remember to charge me! additionally, the alpine cheese sticks at this location SUCK. there is barely any cheese (extra cheese is, you guessed it, an obvious surcharge, which i don’t feel comfortable to get bc i don’t think my order will be read properly enough to listen to special req). since there’s hardly cheese, the alpine sauce burns off the bread for the most part. i’m just eating dough w a hint of cheese and alpine flavoring.
easily the most disappointing location for simple simon’s. at least Cassie acts like she cares about her job, wish i could say the same for anyone else

I love this place so much the atmosphere is so calming. This place has an awesome game room kinda like a Cicis and I like that the food is amazing and the staff is always so friendly 10/10 experience

Soda machine was leaking everywhere, out of root beer, salad bar was neglected severely, left a large plate of salad ingredients on my table.Because they would never bring any dressing out.After asked. The pizza was decent, but I'll pass next time

We went in for the buffet and not busy at all. Maybe 8 people in the restraunt. There was no salad dressing except for 1000 island. I asked the guy at the front for some ranch. He replied after I fix the soda machine. He gets him a drink and goes to the back. New customers come in and I said, dont expect ranch dressing. The guy comes out and placed a pizza on the buffet table and never brought out dressing. So, no salad was consumed for several customers. He stood at the register and never addressed the shortage. A family with children asked for dessert pizza. No dessert pizza was brought out. So, mazzios for the win since this has never happened at mazzios. So. A waste of my 25.00.

Food was awful, salad was brown, pepperoni and ham on pizza was sour. No sauce on pizzas. Water taste dirty, no tea. Don't waste your money , time or stomach. Made us sick. Keep driving overpriced spoiled food.

Was very disappointed. Pizza was ok. Not much there and salad bar was empty with lettuce. Had to ask for lettuce when the girl was looking at it. Ranch was empty. The employees where not friendly and did not do anything whoever where there. The salad bar needed attention bad. They had no ice and when it was fixed didn’t even offer us to get ice. We go to the one in harrah and will continue to but won’t go back here

It's been around 20 years since I had a Simple Simon's pizza. I recently found this Simple Simon's pizza. I ordered the large 14-inch 6 meet pizza with added mushrooms and cheese. I will refrain from cussing with excitement of how good this pizza was, it was so f'n good. This Simple Simon Pizza properly Cooks the pizza where the bottom is crisp, instead of soft like other local pizza places I know, where that soft Underside makes the pizza seem like it isn't cooked all the way. It's been too long since I've had good pizza like this Simple Simon's Pizza. I will be coming here again and recommend it to everyone I know. And shout out to the manager and staff who were working here at the time I and one other ate here, between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday May 13th.
