You need to add cherries in your cherry Dr Pepper s !!! Put actual fruit in your drinks that have fruity orders!Amp it up a little!!! Please!!!
Wondering why the order is taking so long. I look up and see these two playing on the phone. Yall need more training and you need to work. Sonic is not paying you to play. You should’ve called in to play at home.

Redeemed a BOGO for 2 double meat bacon cheese burgers....the arrival of the burgers was like 2 mins after I ordered them on the Sonic app..that was a big red flag ...Both burgers were cold...the meat was cold and hard like it had been cooked and sat to the side for hours...Beware...this Sonic does this type of pushing off of badly prepared food when they offer special discounts...also happens when they were offering BOGO footlongs except the wieners were burnt and then covered it up with chili....My advise is go to the Sonic in Purcell...they always get it right there.........

Worst Sonic EVER! Absolutely a DoorDash, Uber, online order BEWARE!
Definitely a waste of your time, went to pick up an order and was told it was still being prepped. I waited 10 minutes, watched countless orders be taken out, then checked up on it. Was told they would bring it right out, proceeded to wait ANOTHER 5-10 minutes, called to check on it again to see what the hell was happening, only to be told they never had the damn order to begin with AND THEN to be bitched at about it, despite them being the ones to have lied about it (and yes, 100% at the right location). Complete waste of time, place clearly needs new management or something, because apparently their entire system is incapable of doing the job at all. Lost time and pay due to their complete incompetence
Best place to get soft drinks. Especially if you use the app.
App wasn’t working today. Spoke with Aubrey and Christine the manager and both were professional and offered me the same discount. Really appreciate their attentiveness.

I ordered online and they got it wrong:( wasted money. i payed for something extra and it wasn’t given. and they are really slow . and customer service at the window is terrible.
This was the worst sonic experience i have ever had its quite frightening they would look at this and still give it to me i waited 20 minutes for this I called Twice to see if i could get another one but no one answered this makes me very frustrated date it occurred February 11th 2025 at 8:45
I usually come here and the food is great but on my last visit I order my food it took them 24 minutes to make a hamburger and tots. They didn’t once tell me what the hold up is tell I started knocking on the window. The girl told me someone backup their kitchen and order 17 cheeseburgers. By the time I got my food and started eating it the burger was already cold. I’m definitely not going back to this sonics. To make up for it they gave me a coupon for 2 corn dogs that would still cost me 99 cents. The people that work here are lazy and don’t use common sense.
Had a Coney dog with chili Onion and Cheese. I was very surprised to tasted a hint of vanilla,in the coating.

Sonic ice cream blasts at this location are basically just vanilla ice cream. Hardly any mix-ins even with adding extras. Tried multiple times and always disappointed.
