Worst service I have ever had would not recommend to my worse enemy lazy staff how hard is it to listen to what someone wants on a sandwich got tired of telling the boy what I wanted how hard is it to make a BLT he wasn't even going to cut my sandwich in half tried putting a whole foot long in a bag without cutting it in half and wrapping it first to bad they don't have a negative star because that is what this store deserves I WILL NEVER GO INTO THAT SUBWAY AGAIN !!!!!!!

Hello, I had a terrible experience in one your stores today. The subway in okarche, Oklahoma. 114 N main, okarche, OK, 73762. An associate was made aware that my boss was to be paying for the four sandwiches ordered. After they took our order, I went to go purchase drinks from the gas station subway resides in. The one male employee in the store decided to add the sandwiches to the drink purchase completely ignoring what was said about someone else paying for the sandwiches. My husband had to have his card refunded due to his error. We left and got back to the office. They had left my sandwich out of the bag. My boss called and asked them where it was and they were INSTISTANT that it was in the bag. We drove back and they managed to find my sandwich IN STORE. they didn't even look before deciding they didn't mess up and leave my sandwich out. Not one person was apologetic nor gave any kind of apology. No one had any head coverings for hair to keep hair out of food. Only one employee had on a subway shirt while three employees were on shift working in subway. I am fuming and absolutely appalled at the service.

Horrible location. Not surprised by the reviews seeing as how no manager or subway rep has tried to address the issues. I was given a mess by one of the newer employees while 3 other manager/employees stood there watching and laughing. Sandwich completely falling apart and just thrown in the bag.
