Food came out hot and tasted good for the price, and I liked that I could grab a quick bite without waiting too long. Service was decent and the place felt fine overall, just not perfect, but I’d still come back when I want something fast

I ordered a double meat hamburger with jalapenos... got only onions instead. No tomatoes, lettuce, or jalapenos. I was long gone before I opened the burger so can't get them to fix it. Poor attention to details and very expensive as well... also ordering screens seem broken and can't process payment and worker mentioned owners are too cheap to fix the screens... so the card gets taken inside to process payment which is a security risk. I prefer my card processed in front of my eyes or by screen

Very friendly staff! The smasher burger was shockingly good, as were the crinkle cut fries. It’s been a longtime since I ate food from Sonic and they’ve really stepped up their game since then.

After an exhausting out of state drive I needed to stop for gas and decided to get a bite to eat Sonic was near so I drove there pulled into stall, pressed red button but no answer. The wait wasn't long prior to the nice young man who came out to take my order and payment; the wait wasn't long once I got home I ate one tater tot which was too salty, looked at the remainder of the order and lost my appetite. Not appealing at all, looked thrown together, very messy. I left it on kitchen counter my son came out, put two hotdogs in microwave, thank God! and ate them. The next day I looked at the remaining hotdogs, took pictures and went to my Sonic and the Mgr and kitchen Mgr came out looked at the food and said it was raw, they took it to trash it but to make matters worse I called to speak to the Mgr about the issue just so they would be aware of what's being given to customers, I didn't want a refund or food, the guy(Ely) if that's his name said he was the Mgr I told him my issue and he asked me if they were food experts and being very unprofessional by laughing before hanging up on me! It won't be a laughing matter when people start getting food poisoning or worse, the rating is only for the polite young man. I will never go there again! I pray my son don't get sick 🙏🏾 and I'm praying for this establishment.

I ordered a Unicorn dream sluch with no whip cream. I was given a Unicorn dream slush with whipped cream AND ice cream after saying multiple times to not add any cream.

Sausage toaster came untoasted and without cheese. Sandwich has also has become incredibly small and is nowhere near with the $8+ meal. Sauces got forgotten and workers were lacking. Tots were still good though...
