I ordered a Unicorn dream sluch with no whip cream. I was given a Unicorn dream slush with whipped cream AND ice cream after saying multiple times to not add any cream.
0/10, do not recommend.

Sausage toaster came untoasted and without cheese. Sandwich has also has become incredibly small and is nowhere near with the $8+ meal. Sauces got forgotten and workers were lacking. Tots were still good though...

I don't normally eat out was late already either do the cheap menu or pay over 10 bucks for a burger deal that cost almost as much a pound of beef... I did work on the owners daughters house many years ago....their expensive taste reflects the prices...Used to be reasonable now just like every other place over priced and mediocre at best

Stopped in here real quick on my way through town to grab some brunch (9:06AM 04/22/25), I got a Super Sonic Double Cheese burger with Dr.Pepper and Large Mozzarella sticks w/Marinara, my friend got the Ultimate Meat and Cheese Breakfast burrito with a cherry limeade and cheddar bites. Let me first start by saying that the staff were wonderful, the guy who took our order and the lady brought us our order were very nice and pretty quick with our order. That being said, the terminal we used to order, we didn't realize until the end of placing our order that the only thing working about the terminal was the mic/sound, the screen was completely frozen, we couldn't pay at the terminal, we had to wait until the waitress came with our order to pay, at which point she informed us that it's been busted for a bit (yet there was no sign on it saying it was busted), not too big a deal, sometimes equipment fails or breaks down. My biggest issue is how, when we finally got our food and got back on the road again, my friend's burrito was the smallest I've ever seen an ultimate meat and Cheese burrito from Sonic and my burger was so soggy, the entire bottom bun and most of the top were completely soaked in grease to the point that I couldn't even finish my burger because the grease was all I could taste, there was nothing flavorful about that burger in the slightest. I'm also a bit disappointed that Sonic marinara sauce recipe has clearly changed, it tasted more like a spicy tomato sauce than it did marinara. If I weren't already on a time crunch to get to my destination, I would've gone back and politely asked them to remake the burger, but unfortunately I don't have that kind of time right now. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of how polite the staff were here and the mozzarella sticks weren't half bad.

Took the folks 10 minutes to anwser the drive up, got our order wrong and when I pressed the red button to address it it took another 10 minutes with no answer before I gave up and drove off with my meal incorrect.

Lousy tasting food and very poor quality management that tried telling me that if I had sit down and there established instead of walking 3 minutes back to my hotel that the food would have been tastier than if I had eaten it at my hotel and that because I didn’t bring the tasteless food that I right to a refund I would absolutely recommend that you choose another place to chow down

Thank God they cleaned this place up my favorite place to eat but it was so I'm taking care of I wouldn't eat there but since they cleaned this joint up it's a pleasure to eat there now thank u okemah sonic
