Whoever was running the drive thru this evening was absolutely rude. Cut me off when ordering and tone was terrible. She needs to learn how to do her job and be kind. I didn’t even order, I just drove off.

I was highly impressed with this store. The young lady, Camie, that took our order was very pleasant and friendly. The milkshake machine was the cleanest I've ever seen at a Braum's. I love Braum's milkshakes but the filthy machines usually prevent me from getting one but this location was immaculate!

3 people at the counter with their backs to us (making shakes or whatever)
Had to wave to drive thru person to say we would like to order
Another 4 minutes, counter person turns and takes our order
13 minutes later we finally get our food
Even people standing at grocery had to go ask for people to do their jobs
Total lack of respect for customers who are keeping the store open.
