Waited 35 minutes for hamburger and chicken strips, never received the fries. People standing waiting for everything. Staff seemed to be trying but not coordinated or trained to keep up with the flow of people.
Very fast and nice. Food is always good and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
Slowest braum's I've ever been to and definitely slowest service in town... Take a minimum of 5min just to have someone take ur order
Takes 30 minutes just to get 2 people out in front counter, got an employees meal while behind counter with customers waiting then went back up to get ranch and waited 5 whole minutes for the 3 employees walking back and forth in front of me to finally ask if I needed something, second day we come back and same people working and lines are backed up so annoying only braums near ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Whoever was running the drive thru this evening was absolutely rude. Cut me off when ordering and tone was terrible. She needs to learn how to do her job and be kind. I didn’t even order, I just drove off.

Burgers weren't all that good. But the chicken dinner plate was a bit with everyone.

I was highly impressed with this store. The young lady, Camie, that took our order was very pleasant and friendly. The milkshake machine was the cleanest I've ever seen at a Braum's. I love Braum's milkshakes but the filthy machines usually prevent me from getting one but this location was immaculate!
